This experience searching for a memory care community was an emotional journey. The cottage atmosphere feels like home and my mother will have peace of mind, living and enrichment in her new home. It is a relief to our family that she will be given the care she needs. Mom was independent up to now and she is relieved to know she can still have some Independence she wants yet help with the things that are no longer easy to do. [Name removed] is a compassionate person who helped me arrange everything to get mom into her new home.

My husband lived in this community for 5 days and adjusted well, the staff was so good to him, making sure he was comfortable and clean, the courtyard setting was perfect for him, as he loves grass and trees and anything green.

Cottage one staff, I wanted to thank you all for giving my mother ([name removed]) the best care throughout her stay of 2 years and 2 months at Pacifica Memory Care living. You all were so good and helpful with caring hands for my mom, up to the last minute with keeping her comfortable. Our family could not of done it without your staff which includes the med techs and caregivers. Hospice was also there for our family throughout her journey, they would check up on my mother if any issue came up and answered with a solution or answer. Both Pacifica staff and hospice staff took a liking to my mother and commented they all wish all the residents were like her. Her departure on [date removed] has left our family sad, we will be adjusting for a long time her not being around on holidays and family functions.Her illness prevented her from walking and the quality of life she was used to once again. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE CARE YOU GAVE MY MOTHER.
