Cottage one staff, I wanted to thank you all for giving my mother ([name removed]) the best care throughout her stay of 2 years and 2 months at Pacifica Memory Care living. You all were so good and helpful with caring hands for my mom, up to the last minute with keeping her comfortable. Our family could not of done it without your staff which includes the med techs and caregivers. Hospice was also there for our family throughout her journey, they would check up on my mother if any issue came up and answered with a solution or answer. Both Pacifica staff and hospice staff took a liking to my mother and commented they all wish all the residents were like her. Her departure on [date removed] has left our family sad, we will be adjusting for a long time her not being around on holidays and family functions.Her illness prevented her from walking and the quality of life she was used to once again. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE CARE YOU GAVE MY MOTHER.

The one thing I truly want to say is that our Mother LOVES her new home. My sister and I are beyond happy that she is there. The staff is truly amazing From [names removed] to the Med Tech's and the restaurant servers, housekeeping to the front desk. And, you've been so patient and helpful. We really truly appreciate it.
