Very friendly and helpful staff.

Even under the Covid-19 restrictions, we feel that the care my father is receiving is excellent. The staff members we interact with are great and show warmth and sensitivity on every occasion.

All things considered, we see excellent care being provided by all staff. My father is content with the care even with the restrictions. The warmth and sensitivity of the staff make his life so much better. Thanks so much!

We really like the community and everything about it. We chose this because of the nice apartments and the price was reasonable. There was also a lot of socialization to be offered, unfortunately once covid hit they followed the state and medical advise and locked it down. However, by doing so they have not had any residents test positive for covid, so their concern for their safety was top priority. The community is very clean, nice, fresh and bright. They are doing updates on the outside as well as the inside. The staff members are all very friendly and always willing to help out. Whenever we have questions they are always answered. We felt the meals and dining service was well presented. They have a great activities director. There is an exercise room, a nice outside garden and an area around it where the residents can get outside and walk around. They also send us active notices regarding any changes with the community, overall we are very happy with it.

This facility has been quite accommodating to my loved one. The services provided during COVID-19 pandemic has added a special touch to meeting the needs of the residents. Anytime that I have made a call to the facility the staff workers have ALL been kind, polite, and easy to talk with. Pacifica Senior Living Hemet in my experience is the best place to confidently give your loved one quality care in a safe and clean environment.

Pacifica senior living has to be one of the best places you can take your loved one for there future home. They provide tons of great activities & more on a daily! There staff there care for there residents as if they were there loved ones :) always cared for never forgotten!

This cottage style community gives our residents a homey feeling with comfortable common areas where they get to share with other residents. We have team members that provide care and love that our residents need especially at this time.

Pacifica Hemet is a cottage style community that provides a homelike feel. The team is very passionate about what they do. I could not ask for a better team to work with and care for the residents. It has been a difficult time , but the staff and residents make it more enjoyable. A true Pacifica family.

My lifelong friend, [name removed], recently passed after 20 months at Pacifica Hemet, CA. I would not have asked for a better care from day 1, till his passing on [date removed]. The entire personnel work "with heart and soul." Their kindness will never be forgotten.

The caregivers are very compassionate & caring. It is a difficult time with the virus and not being able to visit our loved ones. The staff is trying to keep the residents happy and safe!

I have been here at The Park Lane for about 10 years, we have Beau as our new Executive Director. And out of all the years I have been here, he has been the best. Kind, caring and giving. If you ever move here, you will enjoy meeting him and his family!

This is an adorable property with lots of room to walk and enjoy the day. They offer great, personalized care with loving hands to administer it. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking Memory Care for a loved one!
