Moving a loved one out of their home into an unknown can be stressful and scary. Pacifica made this experience so much more appealing and I am comfortable with the decision to move my father here.

My mother has dementia and would wonder out of her home, she needed a safe place to stay that would feel like home. I was referred to Pacifica Assisted Living Facility which had many wonderful recommendations. When we arrived for the assessment my mother was quite taken with the friendly staff. She actually moved in the next day and was allowed to bring her personal belonging as well as her cat. I think having thing familiar to her as well as her pet is making the transition smoother. My mother did call me with concern about how she was going to afford to pay the bill for the fancy hotel she's in. I told her not to worry that I would take care of it. Her concerns were assieged immediately and she promptly went to bed. I appreciate the staff's kind professional manner in dealing with my mother especially during this transition period. I give them kudo's for the exceptional job they do. Thank you

From our understanding our loved one seems to be enjoying the meals and dining service. They have a lot of great activities, our loved one is always kept busy. After a lot of shopping around the value for cost here is really good.

Staff is very helpful. I've lived here for about 2 years and I like it here because: The staff are nice, activities are good, and they keep us active and busy all the time. The food is good, sometimes too good, and I can't stop eating.

I enjoy this facility because of the staff, activities, food, diversity of result. I toured several centers after my house burned. I chose San Leandro for its cleanliness, diversity and kindness of the staff. The Activity Director is great and I enjoy the badminton balloon, bingo, the music and special program like Cinco De Mayo.

I appreciate the care and concern of the care staff. The cleanliness of our rooms and laundry chores are outstanding. The food is very good and is very digestible. Lai, our Activities Director keeps us busy doing fun activities and it wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable without her. What a great place to live!

I lived here for the last 6 months. I’ve had excellent care since I’ve been here. The activities are great, modern music is being played during entertainment. It’s lively and everybody enjoys it because they can relate to it. The elders actively danced, laugh, smile, and just having a good time. The Activities Director is great. She keeps us busy all the time, full of energy, and she’s good at what she does. This place wouldn’t be the same without her. The food is very good. [name removed] and her team do a good job of feeding us with delicious and healthy meals. This place is very welcoming. Lisa does a good job with all the beautiful decorations and it makes you feel like you’re at home. Pacifica San Leandro is really a good place to live. I feel like I hit the lottery when I moved in. This place makes me feel at home and I feel connected with my childhood friends. Pacifica Family to me is more than my own family. Thank you to all staff for making my stay here a happy and joyful one!

Seems to be a great community for those who live here. I enjoy coming here to play piano for worship and talking to the residents.

Staff is wonderfully supportive and present for the residents, family and friends. I visit twice a month.

My relative needed Asst. Living & I visited this place The grounds & bldg is beautiful. He has such good care has made a big improvement since leaving the nursing home. meals are good - I can visit anytime & take him out, care is very loving. Staff are friendly, helpful

My tour here was a nice experience. They had a pool, and the surroundings were nice. Everything looked okay to me. I thought it was a very nice place.

It is a very comfortable place to live. The staff are caring. It is pretty, and has lots of outside space to sit and visit. My loved one has meet several friends here. The value for your money is wonderful. The food is excellent with a good variety.

This facility was great. It’s a little smaller than others I’ve toured, which I like. [name removed] was an excellent your host and was very informative. The living environment for residents appears to be warm friendly and caring. The options for shared housing also make it more affordable my mom’s situation. I would strongly consider this one but it’s a little bit further away than I need. There is another site closer to my home that I would like to check out.

The renovations in this facility are beautiful. The residents were some of the friendliest we have come across in our tours.
