This is a great place for your family member to be. The staff were great at caring for my loved one. They also were attentive to the needs of the residents. The food seemed to be good for my loved one.

I was able to have an in person tour and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and it is a nice community, but in the end I wanted to move back and be closer to my family.

I have lived at this wonderful community for over a year. It is a great place. The food is yummy, staff is friendly, other residents are nice and plenty to keep me busy. I recommend Kenmore Senior Living to anyone looking.

I have been a member of Pacifica Senior living Union City for only a short time. The good people of my new surroundings have made my stay enjoyable one thus far and I am looking forward to a long relationship with all my fellow members and staff here at Pacifica. staff are so wonderful, food is great community is so clean. Big backyard for to enjoying outdoor activities.

My parents moved into Pacifica Senior Living at Union City 8/2020. My mother had Alzheimer's and passed away 11/2020, and my dad has vascular dementia and continues to live there. We chose this facility because the environment was much nicer than other places - patients have their own bedrooms and only need to share a bathroom with one other same-sex resident. The facility is nicely decorated, and my dad and several other residents call it the hotel because it looks so nice. My dad loves the food and even held off on eating homemade cookies during a recent visit because he didn't want to spoil his appetite. He is always happy and clean when I visit him. I had concerns for a while because there was a lot of staff turnover a few months ago, but the new staff seem much better - my phone and email messages are returned promptly, which was an issue with previous staff. The new activity director seems to be doing a lot with the residents - I can see photos and videos of the activities on the facility's Facebook page - and the new memory care director [name removed] keeps on top of everything and was persistent with dad's doctor's office when they took a while to return needed paperwork. He gets my dad's sense of humor and I like the way the two of them interact. Relieved that my dad's needs are being met and that he is so happy where he is.

I had the pleasure of initially meeting with [name removed] to tour Pacifica Forest Trace during the very stressful time of dealing with ongoing health issues with both of my parents. [name removed] was so patient, understanding, and she put my sister and I at ease during the tour. [name removed] went above and beyond to coordinate and facilitate every detail of the move-in process and could not have been more helpful. [name removed] was also quick to respond to my emails and calls and guided my family through the everything. The entire Pacifica staff is very professional, patient and kind. We are so grateful for everyone at Pacifica Forest Trace for providing a beautiful, clean, safe, loving and caring environment for our loved ones. My sister and I finally feel that my parents are safe and being given the care they need, thanks to this wonderful facility! '

We moved my father into this facility and the staff were very welcoming and caring from day 1. The maintenance team was able to get the room ready quickly and went above and beyond by assisting with my fathers furniture, which they didn't need to help with. The team fostered my dad as he came in not really wanting to change his ways, but after a short while hew as engaging with staff and other residents and having a great time socializing. As for his health, the team was attentive and helpful in his recovery and care. Within weeks, my dad was up and out of his wheelchair and is now walking fully on his own. My dad is someone who is usually adverse to new environments and people, but so far he has been having a blast and enjoying himself. His favorite is the onsite barber who comes and is able to cut his hair and shave him! Super cool. One thing my dad wished was up and running is the shuttle service. Due to pandemic and other circumstances, the shuttle is not currently running, but he is remaining hopeful!

This is a good place to come. I'm very happy here. The social life is good for me. Some of the activities available include events, celebrating holidays, games, and more for the residents to choose from.

Our family has been very happy with the care my brother in law has received here. We don't worry anymore. Good food, lots of activities and safety first and foremost.

Wonderful facility for my elderly brother who requires memory care. The personal attention he receives is beyond my expectations. My brother looks forward to the delicious meals and he is kept engaged in activities all day long from exercise classes to sing alongs and much more for his mental stimulation. His room is bright and cheerful with lots of sunlight. The caregivers are always there for his personal need and safety. They engage with me in a positive way. Spring Valley is the best place for your loved one in need of this level of care.

I was in visiting one of my relatives. I really appreciated the kindness and attention all the residents received by medic techs, RA's and front desk.

Staff is warm and friendly. Lovely, clean environment. Residents are very sweet.

The tour experience was excellent. I felt at home here and such peace within the community. Residents were happy.
