I will rate all of these a 5. My experience has been very positive at The Mansions. The staff are all very helpful and professional. I of course would recommend them to others looking for independent living.

What I like the most about The Mansions at Gwinnett Park is the staff. The staff team working here are great, they are very friendly and helpful. The other residents that live here are very friendly as well. I would recommend this community to other families based on my experience so far.

There are no care services here as it is independent living. The food is not good here, that is the biggest complaint we have heard. However the people are very friendly and nice. They have nice updated apartments and also offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in.

This is a nice place. I would recommend it to anyone looked for senior housing. I picked this community because the price was lower than another place.

The property is spotless, bright and inviting. Every member of the staff is friendly, helpful and clearly passionate about their role(s). My mom has been very pleased with the taste, quality and selections for meals. And exceptional value for price.

We give The Mansions at Decatur a solid five stars for all categories. Place is very welcoming. Staff and inmates all nice. Food is good and the variety is sufficient. Activities are keeping my mother in law quite busy. I would recommend to any person seeking a senior building.

Everyone that works at Southwest Mansions is so very kind. They really go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have what you need. Maintenance comes quickly when called. They are remodeling, so everything is new and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with where we placed Mom.

Our family had an in person tour and they left a great first impression, we would of been very happy with our loved one going there but that the time they were going through a bunch of renovations and we just did not want our loved one to have to deal with that moving in.

It's very clean. The staff is so friendly. My loved one thinks the food is delicious, and they have a chef. They have plenty of activities. It's a good value for the money. My loved one is incredibily happy. We picked this community because, it was a closer location, they offer three meals per day, and it inlcuded a media package, which includes tv-internet-phone. The rooms is a nice size, and it's a recently updated facility.

The friendliness of the staff at The Mansions at Gwinnett Park really stood out to us, right when we walked in we knew the was the place for our loved one we just got that good feeling. It has been such a great experience so far and we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

My mother has lived at the Mansions for five years and loves the activities! We are grateful that she has three meals prepared for her daily. Her apartment is very roomy. She even had room for her piano in the bedroom. She is happy here and that makes me happy.

I have lived here for 3 weeks and am enjoying being here. Employees are very nice.
