Legacy Retirement Communities

I moved in the community in March. I am beyond satisfied with my surroundings, the food in our restaurant, and other residents and staff are super friendly. I have the best view from my apartment, Im able to see the sunset over the mountains every evening.

Both my wife and I are very happy and contented here.

It was a very smooth transition to move into Legacy House. All of the employees here are caring and so attentive. Thank you everyone for all you do.

We toured Legacy Village of Salt River and it was great! They did a great job with our tour, showed us the property well. They were all very kind and the cleanliness was great.

We toured Legacy House of Centennial Hills and it was great! The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We actually chose this facility for our loved one and were finalizing things for her to be able to move in. However, they ended up telling us that they could not accept our loved one due to a medical device that she had- they weren't equipped to properly care for it. So it didn't work out for us.

I believe you are taking great care of my wife. The nursing staff is very caring.

I have been impressed on every level with the care and professionalism of the staff at Legacy Park Lane. It was a perfect decision to move my brother here. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families and we have already done so!

Our experience has been very good. The facility is clean. My loved one is getting all the help and support she needs. People are friendly. And she's happy.

I love this place! From day 1, the staff has been so caring and friendly. There are too many individuals to name, and yes, I know many of their names ([name removed])! The staff goes above and beyond what is expected of them. My mom is proud to call Legacy Village home. Legacy has fun activities, for all. Mom especially loved the Valentine's "dance". If you want your loved one to be taken care of, made to feel safe and at home, Legacy Village is the place to be. We couldn't have made a better decision!

What we really like about Legacy Retirement Residence is the staff. The staff for the most part is really friendly. She has a private room. And they feed her really well.

We moved our mom from another Retirement Village at the end of November. After the nurse assessment, we gave mom a try at Assisted Living hoping a smaller environment would be beneficial. We knew this could be short term, and after a week we needed to move her to Memory Care. The facility is beautiful, the staff is so kind, caring, and wonderful. They feel like extended family! We fully anticipated a difficult move, but even moving twice in a short time Mom has adjusted beautifully.

We toured this community and it was wonderful. The only thing that didn't fit our needs were the activities, we were looking for more of a variety of those for our loved one.

I don't ever give recommendations for facilities. This place, however, is a place I could see myself living or even my mom. I look forward to coming to this lovely facility every week.

Be very clear about the times of day/night they should come in and check on your parent(s). We specified no visits between 10pm and 8am, but visits were happening at very odd hours. Scared my mom twice. Review the monthly bill carefully. Honest mistakes were made and corrected after I pointed them out.

This is an amazing facility! It is beautifully decorated, and the food is delicious. There is very caring staff and they are very responsive to call lights and questions. Fun activities.

Legacy Village has excellent staff. I am especially impressed with the nursing staff who go above in beyond the norm to care for their residents. Special mention to [names removed] in memory care and care coordinator.

The staff is like family. They even told me that they care, not just about the resident, they care about the whole family. My mom wasn't here for very long, but I knew them on a first name basis. They have a doctor who goes from facility to facility, and as Mom was was meeting her for the first assessment, we talked. I mentioned my impressions of this facility, and she said that if her kids needed to put her in one, she'd want it to be this one, because it's a family atmosphere. I agree. I received phone calls from the in-house nurse when she was concerned about Mom. It was a team attitude of caring. Communication from me was welcome and they returned it willingly. The PR woman was unquestioningly willing to relay messages as I was learning who did what. They would invite Mom to attend activities, like hand massages and manicures (one of Mom's favorites), balloon volleyball, and excursions and shopping trips in the van. They would come to her room and walk with her, even to the dining room for meals. The facility had no odors, and was always kept clean. Spills do happen, and they were quickly cleaned and fans put out to dry the carpet. I would absolutely and unequivocally recommend this facility to others!
