We think this place really nice. The Respite care rooms are awesome! The staff is very welcoming right from the moment we toured. Any question I had were always answered promptly and my messages were always returned! They have lots of activities Bingo Arts & Crafts that my loved one really enjoyed doing. My loved one spent 9 days here for respite care, I loved that he could be there for as long as we needed, no minimums! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about it!

We toured Artisan and had a good impression. Unfortunately, they did not have availability at the time we were looking.

The staff has been very friendly and accommodating to my mother since she moved in. They are doing PT with her and the other day when I walked in, they were playing mind games which were very good. The food I am going to assume is very good because my mother is eating well. It is a smaller more home-like place.

The staff at the Artisan Senior Living Middleton take very good care of my mother. They give my mom a lot of attention. I think we made the right choice by choosing this community for my mother. I would recommend this place to anyone, they do a great job.

We toured this community recently for the increased needs of a friend. The large common living area is very nicely done with several seating areas. The dining area is also connected to this area. The rooms are a bit smaller than some other communities we toured but provide enough space. The facility is very clean, the staff very accommodating and kind. We chose this community and so far have not been disappointed. They encourage our friend to partake in the activities and continue to be very helpful and positive.

Visited today and was very pleased. Warm responsive staff, living layout was lovely and homey, easy to navigate with single rooms and private bathrooms - immense help for someone with dementia.

I have been extremely happy with the quality of care at Artisan. The staff has gone out of their way to help our family through a very difficult time. My mother blossomed at Artisan because of the caring staff and she became an artist during a series of art studio sessions with the Artist in Residence. They took some of my mother’s watercolors and had them put on canvas and displayed them at an Art Gallery Night. My mom was so proud. The concierge is extremely friendly and helpful and everyone has been so kind to my mom – who could be a challenge at times. Not every place is perfect, but I could not be more pleased with our experience at Artisan and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quality place for a parent with memory loss.

Everybody at this community has been very warm and welcoming. My father is doing very well at this community, he seems to have adjusted very well to it. It looks great, they keep the community very clean and nice. The staff is wonderful, they have been very helping and attentive. He has been trying some new activities and that is nice to see. The food is pretty good for the most part. They are caring for him very well and I would recommend it.

I am very happy under the excellent care of the Artisan. Caregivers are very cheerful, patient, and knowledgeable. I am amazed at their stamina. The art program has given me "new life" and gets better every session. I appreciate the performances by various musicians, and spiritual needs are not ignored as well.

I think one of the most important things about Artisan that sets it apart from other facilities is that the core caregivers and leadership team are really wonderful people and they actually care about the residents and their families. I have visited many, many, different memory care facilities- and what I've come to realize is there is no "perfect place"- when you have a parent or grandparent with dementia, it is anything but perfect, or easy, and there are always going to be times when things don't go as planned- it's the nature of the disease. What really matters is making sure your loved one is surrounded by people who truly care about them, and who are going to try their very best to solve problems as they arise while also providing compassionate care- this is what you will find at Artisan.

They have poor communication throughout the staff. They need to improve on it.

They have done pretty well so far. I would rate them very highly. Mom really likes the food, I would give that a five as well. They seemed to have a better price than the others I considered. I am happy with them so far.

They are really very caring, all the way from the receptionist at the front desk to the administrator, they really go out of their way to help out and accommodate in any way they can. Just recently my six year old daughter was visiting my mother (her grandmother) there with me and they had a little tea party together and my daughter thought it was just the greatest thing! They do an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

The assisted living area and memory care were very nice. Everything was very clean and the staff was very personable. Rooms may be a bit small but this tour rates high with me. Laurie was super nice and I received a folder with all the information I need. Loved the activity selections.

They are doing fine. On Saturday nights the meal is very light, more of a lunch, a homemade pizza or salad or something, but on Saturdays when it's not fabulous they will bring in chocolate ice cream. It's more of a home situation. There are a lot of De Pere people living there, so there is another couple we have known for fifteen years, so it's a small town feel. They have a small garden and my dad is a big gardener. They are going to have fresh fruits and vegetables that will be brought into the kitchens. We get to know the other residents and things that they like.

My mother has not complained about anything at all since being at Artisan Senior Living Lake Geneva. They have really taken her under her wings. She enjoys the company there, goes out with them on occasion, and is generally just very happy. They have been really great and have taken a lot of stress out of our lives.

I think they do a good job at Artisan. It's a nice looking community, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. They have a lot of activities and programs going on to make sure people are active and engaged. The food also looks very good!

I think that it is a nice and small, the staff is attentive and know the residents. It's been phenomenal. They put out a calendar of events, with bingo, trips, and exercise classes. There's all kinds of stuff. You can do your own cooking or pay for meals. They have full kitchens in each apartments.

My Mom ended up spending the last two years of her life here, and I can't praise the Memory Care staff enough. They were kind, informative, caring and compassionate while keeping Mom's dignity intact. Her concerns and our concerns were met with a caring and dignified response. While we (of course) all wish our loved ones could spend their entire lives at home, it does not always work that way, and the homelike atmosphere of this establishment eased that transition. The caregivers at all levels had great patience and treated the residents as family. The food was great, the food staff considerate, and my appreciation is endless for the staff at all levels.

The Gardens of Hartford is very friendly and helpful place. There is a lot of things to do. I would tell everybody about this place.
