I think that it is a nice and small, the staff is attentive and know the residents. It's been phenomenal. They put out a calendar of events, with bingo, trips, and exercise classes. There's all kinds of stuff. You can do your own cooking or pay for meals. They have full kitchens in each apartments.

The Gardens of Hartford is very friendly and helpful place. There is a lot of things to do. I would tell everybody about this place.

The building is cheery both outside and in. Lots of outdoor space and wonderful common space. Seems like a very upscale hotel, not assisted living. Just great!

We chose Evin at Oconomowoc because of the convenient location for our family. We also initially just had a great first impressed about the place, the staff and facility itself. I would recommend them to others looking.

The couple of times we have been there to visit our loved one they have brought in live entertainment to play music and they also have good physical activities. They also bring a dog in occasionally to visit which the residents enjoy. We have recommend the Parkview Gardens and will continue to recommend the community to families.

The pharmacy they use has a very confusing billing system so make sure to ask for that to be explained. Overall the community is great. they have lots of activities and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend this community to others.

If you want a carefree life style, I recommend living at Spero Belle Plains. You will have no maintenance worries. If you like to socialize, you can do this without leaving the building. This is a great place to live. The Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful at all times.

Heritage Homes is my choice for the place I call "home". It offers the amenities I value, such as central air conditioning, a parking garage that is easy to navigate in, craft room usage for my prized stash of craft materials, spacious living in square footage the size of a house, quiet home space, and privacy, privacy, privacy. Opportunities for socialization are available for me to choose or decline. Communication from administration is excellent. Respect and friendliness are abundant. Heritage Homes is regularly part of the community newspaper due to its focus on senior advocacy and connection to local living. In subjective summary, I would [removed] I left my house to live at Heritage Homes, but I did not leave my home, sweet, home.

My loved one is currently a resident at Tennyson Retirement Living. Overall, the experience has been positive so far. Like everyone else, they have staffing challenges. But there seems to be some steadiness lately. The facilities are excellent and well kept. The food is average, but not a problem. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

It is very clean. The staff is friendly. Having a PT on site is great. The dining room is nice meals are ok. My loved one does not participate in the activities but it is not because of staff. They try really hard to get him to participate. Only thing I could say they could improve would be some communication. I think that is common everywhere. I would definitely recommend to others.

Tennyson Senior Living has always been a really nice facility with great communal spaces, beautiful views & new modern space. Under the new current management there are some really exceptional people that provide excellent care of my parents: Activity Director - [name removed] is kind, compassionate, caring & has created fun activities - movies, bingo, games, book club, happy hour, jewelry making, card playing, nail salon, crafts, & road trips. [name removed] is energetic, smart, creative & actively recruits the residents to participate in the activities. Check out her posts on Facebook. Marketing Director - [name removed] works actively with the residents & has created venues that are warm and inviting. She & [name removed] have created special events such as Casino Night and Candy Canes & Cocktails. RA - [name removed] is a kind, thorough professional & a highly skilled RA. She establishes a high standard of care and attentiveness, is very thorough in her work & is responsive to family concerns & is kind to the residents.

Friendly staff. The community has nice open area spaces for the residents. The staff communication is usually in person when I come to visit.

They only had studio rooms available and this was a drawback. The building felt cold in nature to me during the tour.

We chose Lakewood Transitional Care because we were very impressed with the facility and it is close to our home so I could go visit daily. The staff seemed pleasant as well and there were a significant amount of men who lived here. The facility has been trying their very hardest with my husband. I would recommend to others looking.

Our experience with Sage Meadow was a very positive one! We were able to get a lot of information about the facility before we even contacted them from online resources. We contacted the staff to learn more and see if this was a good fit for our senior, and she was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I met with her and toured the facility before bringing in our senior. I was very impressed with the layout, decor, cleanliness, and warmth of the place. The facility hosted an “ice cream social” event where we brought her to take a tour and enjoy a treat. She liked everything, from the apartment layout to the meal choices. We were very pleased with Sage Meadow as a quality, home-like environment for those in need of assisted living.

It's a good choice. However, you do need to be an active advocate for your person in the facility. You need to keep track of what is being said and done. It's a nice environment inside and out. The interior is very well designed and colorful. We really like the size of facility itself and also the rooms - both are not too big and not too small. It's located in in a residential section, so it's nice to see people walking around. The food leaves a little to be desired. It's not really geared to the age group that's there with their dental and digestion issues. I feel there should be more "comfort foods" for that age group. There's also too much food, so a lot goes to waste. But it's a very clean place. I've never noticed any smells. The public bathrooms are always clean. Our loved one's rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis, including the bathroom, kitchen, and carpets. And then the dusting is left up to us. The area where she receives her therapy is clean as well. They try to have activities, but some are less successful due to lack of participation. And that could be due to Covid. I don't know what that was like before or what it would be like afterward. I feel they could gear the activities a little them more towards their generation. I like that they have the call buttons for the residents to wear, instead of pull cords. That way they always have access to help.

The friendliness and ease of contacting them if there was any kind of an issue was great. They always answered the phone. They treated me with respect, and they treated my loved one with respect. If your loved one can't take care of themselves any longer, it's a really good place to go. They did a really great job.

The community is really nice, but things have slowed down due to covid. My mom is getting excellent care in my opinion, the food is good and they have a good variety. The room sizes are good-sized and you can set it up how you like. The kitchen in the unit has an optional counter that can be removed. I would recommend this community.

Parkview Gardens is a beautiful facility.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The floor plan was open with a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. it was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.
