I appreciated the feedback regarding different places. .

The staff was outstanding in memory care. They would send me updates and picture when I could not be there. Their communication on needs for my Grandma [name removed] was great. If she needed more pants or something personal that she had been also Good morning for, they would let me know.

Value for cost - Hard to answer. She has been in three different facilities and the price has gone up each time but she's needed more care each time. Once you are in the facility, you go right to the door of the memory care and not through dining areas or exercise areas. When you ring the bell at the door, someone answers. The transition from the last facility was seamless. She did not ask about the last facility or complain about what was going on.

The staff are consistently very friendly and responsive, they care about my dad's safety and well-being. Dad has participated in some of the indoor activities and especially likes the bingo games. The dining experience is really his favorite time of day, Dad has made many friends among the other residents and wait staff. He likes the variety and quality of foods, and always enjoys a glass of wine and good conversation.

I would rank all of the categories a five. My father-in-law has been very happy there. Other than the tour and excellent explanation of the services and the tour in the beginning, I have not had much interaction. I believe my father-in-law has been happy overall.

My experience has been Great. The community, kept clean, friendly staff friendly. I like most off the activities. My experience at the dinner has been good. The servers are friendly. They put up with a lot from the residents. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and kept clean. I hope they don't price me out,

Balfour Cherrywood has done a wonderful job caring for my parents. Dad passed away a few years ago and they have the knowledge and skill to help my mother through that transition. They are very caring and loving as mom goes through the.process of dementia

I spent 6 months at Balfour recovering from a hip fracture and hip replacement. I did not need much care but what I got suited my needs perfectly. I made many good friends whom I still visit from time to time. It was an excellent six months and I would return if I could not live independently

Everyone is incredibly courteous and helpful. The facilities are immaculate. The food is excellent.

My parents love it!! Facility is beautiful, clean, and open. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities and activities are fun and engaging.

Excellent community all around!! Beautiful inside and out! The staff goes over and above! management is very supportive as well as knowledgeable. Meals are delicious with a good variety of choices. Secure property with safety being very important. The residents that live here seem well taken care of and happy

My wife and i had the opportunity to visit my uncle (a recently admitted new resident), and were impressed by the physical condition of the place, and professionalism of the staff members we interacted with. As medical professionals of over 70 years of combined experience in the most demanding and critical of settings, we have high standards and expectations of ANY organization that purports to provide quality care (not being snobby here, but explaining the qualification of our assessment ability). We are well aware of the unrelenting stresses and challenges of consistently providing top-level care to a difficult patient population without succumbing to compassion fatigue. At a basic level, this requires workers of exceptional integrity and dedication, and the pertinent medical knowledge base to perform appropriately without hesitation. Above that, there needs to be quality administrative direction and support, and adequate financial backing. BE the premier provider YOU would want.

Beautiful center with spacious sitting, activity rooms. I appreciated the check in and out procedure. Residents rooms were good sized and homey. Staff were available personable and friendly. We enjoyed sitting in a greenspace courtyard to soak up some sun. Overall a good experience.

My Mom has now been at Balfour Cherrywood for eight months and the care, companionship, meals and support goes above and beyond everything we had hoped for. I just love all of the caregivers and staff and they always make me feel welcome when I come to visit my Mom. The Room and bathroom are always clean. I’ve had a few complaints but they are always rectified immediately. High five to [name removed] who greets me with a smile when I come over. Meals are phenomenal and I would like to eat here everyday. A cake was made for my Mom for her birthday[date removed] and although I didn’t taste it, staff and residents seemed to love it. Thank you. I think that made my Moms day. I have no complaints and know she has great care when I’m not there. Thank you everyone. You’re the best. [name removed] ([name removed]) daughter.

I Love to interact with your residents;helping with Karaoke & Mexican Train or any game the residents want to play. I really enjoy volunteering. I also come to spend time with a special friend who is a resident. My friend and I hope to take her out, even if it's simply to play Mexican Train. We would love to help take residents on outings.

Facility is clean and well decorated. Staff is superb and food is very good. My loved one is treated with dignity. Today's Easter Brunch was delicious and festive. I would highly recommend Balfour Cherrywood.

Emerald Court is lovely. The apartments are well layed out. The Associates are friendly & the residents are nice. Facility is clean & updated & staff is great

Overall experience - Could not be better. Cleanliness - Great Staff- Very friendly Quality of care - Absolutely no problems Admin staff - Helpfull and willing to do whatever is required. Meals - Very good and varied. Almost unlimited and something for everyone. Value for cost - The best I encountered.

It is very classy, and high end. The food is really good, bedrooms are large, it is a beautiful facility. The staff is constantly changing though
