The community is inviting and active, there are many things to do. The staff is very caring. My aunt is happy to be there which is so important.

I would say it was a very lively community for seniors. Tons of activities and things to make everything feel like home and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, the food is great and the place is very well kept. I picked this community because it seemed much livelier than other places.

They were extremely helpful when we needed anything above and beyond. We needed private nurses for a while and they helped facilitate that. They were also great in setting up a PT plan for my father. The communication with them was excellent.

What we like the most about The Kensington is the staff. The staff are friendly and caring. Our loved one has made friends easily, there is a variety of food and a lot of activities. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My dad loves it here! He is independent but they have been great in the odd occasion that he needs some help. The staff is wonderful and makes each resident feel like a cherished guest. We are extremely happy with our choice.

I would give heritage a 5 on all counts. Lots of activities and mom said the food was delicious. One especially nice feature was the small cafe in the lower level that is open for alternative meal choices if you don't care for the dining hall choices or want to eat at a different time of day when the dining room is closed. Also for those who want an independent living lifestyle but need some assistance there is a third party group that can be hired on an a la carte basis, depending on the needs.

When it comes to the value for cost that's a tough one. It is expensive, and I have no reference since this is my only experience. I think for my mom, it's mostly the food that could be improved on. However, she just told me recently that they took her out for sushi which was amazing. She loves sushi and it was a great experience. She has some friends. And her apartment is very nice. More sushi excursions would be great.

I would tell a friend, that it is a great community.

The food was excellent, hot and well prepared with good variety. My brother was a little bit bothered that on my moms last medical issue (she fell and had to go to the ER, and then to rehab) they chose to send her to a not-so-nice place, but I'm not sure of the whole story there. The main takeaway is that mom was miserable in her last two places, and seems to really like Balfour. They do their best to accommodate not just needs, but wants and wishes as well. I don't deal with them frequently, and every interaction I've had has been great.

Balfour Littleton went above and beyond in caring for my friend during his battle with ALS. Their unwavering kindness and genuine care made a difficult journey a little easier to bear. They not only provided exceptional care but also organized inclusive events and thoughtful field trips, ensuring everyone felt included and joyful. What touched me the most was how they took the time to build meaningful relationships with my friend and his loved ones, offering comfort and understanding during such a challenging time. They respected his wishes with the utmost sensitivity, even when faced with difficult decisions, demonstrating their commitment to upholding his dignity and autonomy. Balfour's compassion and support made a profound difference in our friend's final year of life. Thank you for everything you all did!

They are very communicative about the resident's status, concerns, etc. And very genuine and have the best interests of the resident and family in mind. We're very happy there.

My loved one is currently a resident at Cedarwood at Sandy. All of the staff truly care about the residents. The residents are treated with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend Cedarwood at Sandy to others.

I rate all seven categories a 5 for Abbotswood At Irving Park community. They have genuinely caring staff, quality activities. It is costly but worth it to me. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

What our family likes the most about the Emerald Court is that our loved one is being looked out for and feed better than she can feed herself. The value is also there and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I am so grateful for the quality of care my husband received during 16 months at Balfour Longmont Memory Care, an elegant and beautiful facility. To the leadership, to the RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and care partners, to the kitchen staff and servers, to the front desk and activity directors, and to the household and maintenance personnel, I offer my highest praise.. Thank you each and all.

5 stars all the way around! Sagewood at Daybreak is an excellent facility. Staff is always available and they always have a great attitude. The food served is great and the menu has a lot of variety. The rooms are filled with amenities, WIFI, TV, fridge, sink, storage, big bathrooms etc. It is a very comfortable living space.

Caring staff, excellent activities. Beautiful facility. The room sizes in memory care are quite large, very nice. I cannot say enough good things about the facility and staff. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Balfour.

I am a resident at Cedarwood at Sandy. Great staff. They care about us and become friends. You arrange your own move. You use work orders to help with TV and hanging pictures. The closet space is limited, so you may need help putting things away. I think facility is great.
