Abbotswood at Irving Park has been amazing. The location is very close to the hospitals and grocery stores and doctors offices. All of the staff have been so friendly and you get a great feeling when you walk in. I do think they could provide some more activities for the residents. The meals are amazing, they have a formal dining room and they have an extensive menu you are able to choose from and the quality of food is wonderful. They have been great to work with and we would definitely recommend the facility to others.

It's a lovely, clean place. The people there are very attentive. I would highly recommend them.

We love it here! People introduce themselves and call me by name since day one. We have just had an outstanding experience, especially compared to the last place my loved one was at. If you want happiness and dignity for your parent, this is the place to come. They have activities all the time in the main lobby where you don't have to hunt them down. They play bingo, scrabble, and word games every day. There's a community piano that I come in and play sometimes, and people stop by to listen instead of chasing me off.

The staff members and their care services are great, and compared to other communities in the area the price here is good. The meals sometimes are awesome and other times not so much, but overall they are good. The dining hall just reopened so we are excited for our loved one to finally experience that. The activities are still somewhat limited but our loved one does get to do PT and OT a few times a week.

This was an extraordinary community for your loved one. This community was not like any other community that I have ever seen it was just beautiful here. Everyone here is friendly and always willing to help and there to do anything. The tour was wonderful they gave us options and they did not show us one, they showed us as much as we wanted to look at and remained patient. It is more like a resort than assisted living and my brother loved it here. They had a covid shut down and had to deliver food and when it was delivered to my loved one he stated that it was hot and always delicious. They will make and do anything that they can for you. My loved one is on the top floor and loves his room, they clean and he feels like it is so peaceful. My brother just loved it.

We are over the top impressed with Valencia Terrace, our sister is very happy there. She feels very positive about the community, the spirit of the staff, the participation and engagement coming from the other residents. It truly has been a great gift. We would highly recommend this community to others looking for a place where there is positive care, affirmation, and support

BridgePoint is a great community, you do receive the value that you're paying for. the building is certainly not brand new, but it is very well maintained and has a great location. there also seems to be a sense of community with a lot of activity, the residents don't feel isolated. there are always people coming and going, eating together in the dining room, and socializing amongst each other. this community has a very vibrant atmosphere.

I have been with Woodbridge Terrace since June 2021. What a fantastic place to be. The food is amazing. The Staff members are dedicated in performing their job for the residents.Our Executive Director is always working hard to achieve goals in a positive way and there is always activities and they work with care and meet the goals that are necessary

Good care and this is a nice facility. They are also very friendly at this community. They are dealing with a few staff shortages just as everyone else at this time in this field.

My loved one has received great care here. The food and activities look great. The staff have been very attentive and kind when caring for my loved one. The social worker has been wonderful to work with in figuring things out when I've had questions or concerns. The communication in generally has been easy.

Our family had an in person tour and this was a very nice community, it was one of our top choices.

I would definitely encourage people to check it out. It's a new facility, which is unusual in the area, so it's like the Ritz Carlton of assisted living here. It may not be perfect for everyone, but it's been great for us. It has been fantastic for my loved ones. The staff have been super nice and helpful. They're very friendly. The food is very good, with a huge variety. They have a TON of activities. I think assisted living is expensive across the board, but I feel like it's a good value here.

This community is independent living only and we were going to move here but she panicked and was not ready to move. The place was really nice but by the time we needed the services again her health had went to far.

We appreciate the friendliness of the staff. It's a well maintained property, and it's not overcrowded. Depending on the severity of your loved one's situation, there may not be as many activities as one might want. But generally speaking, we're quite satisfied with having selected Woodbridge Terrace over several other places that we looked at.

Looks homey doesn't look like a institution looks like a resort or a hotel instead of home for older people. It smells good.

We find Magnolia Glen to be a fine place to live. We enjoy friendly, interesting residents at meals, activities, socials and on trips. Our laundry room is totally updated with the latest in modern washers and dryers. Associates take very good care of us. We are very happy to be living in this lovely place.

My mother chose Magnolia Glen after looking at many different facilities. She is happy she did. She really enjoys living there and says everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

Warm and welcoming community! I've worked with Magnolia Glen for years as a caregiver. The residents , associates, and families make each day so special. I highly recommend this community to anyone needing independent or assisted living.
