Great experience

We have had three different caregivers, all good. They each had their own personality.

Very competent and friendly. Willing to work with me.

Things have gone pretty well so far. We haven't had any major complaints. Nobody is perfect, but they show up on time, and all in all seem to be working out.

Everything is working out pretty well for my parents with this home care agency. They have been very kind and helpful. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. The care givers have been great to work with. Overall it has been a lovely experience.

The schedulers are very helpful with last-minute changes and requests. Most of their caregivers are helpful and hard workers, and try to stay busy tidying and doing other chores while not otherwise busy.

This is a nice serivce to have. The caregiver is very helpful with the help for my mom. She does help with everything needed for my mom. I would highly recommend this services for families that need good in home care for a loved one.

I was happy with the care but no longer using them. Most of the ladies were on time except one. We liked the ladies who helped us. They came 3 times a week and it was becoming to costly. Overall, they were super and one of the ladies goes to visit my mom at her community.

My mom is doing okay and the care has been fine for us. It has been a pretty good experience so far. The staff is on time and they cook meals for my mom. I am hoping they can star an exercise regimen but for now they take her out for short walks. This company has given us all that we need for proper care.

We used Kindred at home for one day and it was a great experience. The caregiver that came out was on time and met our expectations. When we finally got a hold of the correct location they explained everything and made setting up the service easy. We would use this service again.

So far it has been a pretty good experience with this home care agency. It seems to be working out well for my husband. The reason I give the agency an average ratings are because we have some unique request. My husbands enjoy walking, and he likes to walk for a long time. So far the care givers we have come across have been good at helping him with his walking. It has been a good experience so far. This is a home care agency I would recommend.

The caregivers do an excellent job taking care of my mother and leave notes as to how the day went. This is the most important thing too me. However, when we signed up for the service I was not aware of a partial charge that occurs when a cancellation is called in within 4 hours of the scheduled start time of the caregiver. One additional frustrating situation occurred when the scheduled caregiver called in sick and no one was able to get to our home for a couple of hours which led to some significant concern and loss of focus at work. Also, I don't believe that I was compensated partially for that late arrival.This happened once and I will continue to use the service but not if the above situation happens again. Most importantly, they take good care of my Mom.

Kindred has been unable to supply a caregiver 2 days a week and my mother is on her 4th caregiver in a month. I don't believe they have the staff to fulfill their obligations.

We have been using our caregiver Valerie with HomeCare Professionals since October. She provides daily assistance for my mom with things like a morning routine, medication, and taking her to exercise class. We are optimistic and satisfied so far.

WE have been getting good help from this agency. We had a little trouble with double scheduling but we got it better. The nurse did an okay job and the physical therapist was excellent. They physical therapist did an excellent job with improvements. They help make suggestion for my house to be more prepared for home care.

Kindred at Home was not a good fit for us. Scheduling was a huge problem and lack of communication. It shouldn’t take 5 phone calls to let us know if someone is going to be at the house at the requested time. They missed appts we had scheduled for Dr visits. We then had to reschedule those visits. The helpers that came to the house were always late as the company didn’t schedule accordingly. Everyone that came to the house was very nice. I would not recommend the this company as scheduling was a big problem.
