What we like the most about All American is the staff. The staff have been very helpful and the price is reasonable. My aunt always looks good and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families

I would definitely recommend All American. The staff and care really deserve a 10. Unfortunately my Dad ran away and when he was found and brought back , they didn't have space in their memory care locked unit.

I would give a rating of 5 to every category. My mom lived there for 13 months before she passed away. My family and I were very grateful to AA for the excellent care and compassion that was shown to her AND to me. They will always have a special place in my heart. I'm so glad I called A Place for Mom because you were instrumental in helping me reach out for help.

Everyone cared about my husband and were welcoming & friendly to family. Unfortunately, my husband was less dependent for bathroom, self care & feeding than the majority of the other residents. The meals were nothing like what was served in the main dining room, though the dining area was set up nicely. I personally felt that the manner in which they were presented and served was somewhat demeaning. Maybe it didn't matter to the other residents, but we didn't like it. I felt the outside entertainment isolated the memory care residents, as they were always kept separate from the assisted living folks. There was one joint activity held outdoors for family to accompany residents to. It easy a classic car show. There was food, give a ways, & music. We enjoyed it. The activities did not interest my husband at all, though he did often spontaneously sing to the ladies. He would participate in stretches & exercise type activities. Not interested in the crafts or games. They recommended he would do better in a studio ( he was in a companion suite) but one wasn't available. We moved to a non All American facility, and they refunded part of our monthly rent without a months notice that we were moving. I had informed them that I was looking for a better situation for him. They were very kind & gracious about it.

My sister [name removed] can be very demanding and the staff at all American has managed so well and have kept me in the loop with all of her progress and excursions out and about .She is so happy and so am I.

They were fabulous at All American Wrentham! The staff and residents truly cared for my Mom. Their recommendations for additional care from Hospice were timely and very helpful. I'm sure it helped that my brother was able to be there nearly every day and got to know the staff personally.

It is a relatively small facility and therefore everyone knows our family. We appreciate the customized activities and staff members that care. We would recommend to others.

I would easily rate them a 5 in all categories. They have been great and more than fair with me despite mom's increasing needs. As you know, I do I have a basis for comparison and this facility is hands down superior. I would without hesitation recommend this community to other families.

The apartment is just right. Her roommate is so pleasant. Staff is very responsive. Meals are intimate and residents are very friendly. I am tickled to have found such a perfect place for my 81 year old aunt. She has seen the on staff doctor, dentist, podiatrist and used the hair salon. All of these amenities allow me to visit instead of coordinating care and rides to all the different locations. I am so grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The staff at All American Assisted Living were awesome, very accommodating and sincere in their service. Unfortunately my sister was not there long as she had to go in the hospital and transferred to a rehab facility to get her back to her baseline which never happened. All American could not accommodate her needs and I would have had to bring in someone to feed her and make sure she didn’t get out of bed and wheelchair. However she is feeding herself and doesn’t try to get out of bed or wheelchair now. I would recommend All American even though she was there for only little over 2 weeks. She had to pay [fee removed] upfront which is non refundable and I am still waiting for the [fee removed] which will be returned.

I have no issues with the organization and based on the experience we have had with Bentley Commons at Paragon Village, we would recommend this community to other families.

New Administration. hopefully it is a positive change. The Conseirge and [name removed} is very helpful. I always have positive experiences with them. Mom had positive mostly interactions with other clients, and some memory issues with a few, but that is why they ate in an Assisted Living facility.

I have visited multiple assisted-living homes in Rhode Island. This one by far is the best! Liz and Amber go above and beyond. They are very caring and are great with caring for the residence. This would definitely be the place that I would want my family so I could have peace of mind and know that they are well taken care of.

They make the place feel as close to a home setting as they can. The staff and nurses are wonderful . What else can you ask for. Our over all experience at All American is very nice community and nice place to call home. The cleanliness is outstanding, staff is very friendly and helpful. Quality of care is good, and there are plenty of activities if you want to participate.

I would say it was a very good experience. Very easy. The only thing I would tell other people is that it's a small community so they usually only have 1 activity at a time. If you don't like that activity there isn't much to do other than watch tv.

I have been looking for Assisted Living for my Mother for a few weeks. After touring about 5 or 6 other communities in the area, All American has impressed us the most! From the initial walk in at the front desk, to meeting with our point person for a tour, to the parting gift. On the tour we we're able to see all their amenities, rooms, and they constantly have activities going on there. I would recommend All American to anyone who is looking for a home for a loved one, we are looking forward to taking the next steps.

It is a nice place the staff are friendly and kind. They must all take a class about caring for Alzheimer's patients and they ask us to write a history about my father in law so they can get to know him and when he talked about his past they understood what kind of person he was and could engage in conversarion with him about it. Which was important to him to be treated like a person not just another patient. He felt validated while he luved there. Respected.

It's small and very homey. Not an overwhelming environment to adjust to. It's important to develop a relationship with the staff and help them understand your loved one's needs. Don't assume they know.

They are very kind caring and helpful. Everyone there knew me and my children always asked how we are and when my dad passed some staff reached out to send condolences and hugs

Cleanliness and care are much better than they were in the beginning! Communication was not the best but that also is much better now. New managers have made a concerted effort in all areas
