Juniper Communities

I'm extremely happy with everything!! The staff is approachable, responsive, respectful and supportive to us as a family. Room size is adequate/ closet is large enough and fits a huge dresser and full size bed. It's large enough since I don't want my mom to remain in her room. She does share a room with another resident but it hasn't seemed to be a problem. Bathroom is large and has everything needed. The single rooms are wonderful with the other side being used as a sitting area but we couldn't afford that for her. The activities are wonderful. Mom is in the memory care unit but since she is ambulatory and does not need a lot of care she does get to attend activities in the assisted living unit too. She takes part in most activities...exercise club,bingo, coloring, trivia, gardening, painting. They also have a lively courtyard that she enjoys when the weather is nice. She also loves the concerts on the other unit. She also receives PT, OT and speech therapy which she looks forward to.

I am a current resident at Juniper Village at Chatham. I recently moved into the community and I am beyond happy with the care that I have received by the nursing team. The management team is responsive, and informative. I highly recommend this community!!

Juniper Village is a very homey assisted living. It doesn't feel institutional. Mom took to it right away due to the warmth & sincerity of all the staff from nursing to maintenance. Everyone knows your name and is happy to help personalize care. Communication is very good. It was generally a very good experience. Sadly Mom passed away just prior to her year anniversary there. They handled hospice care with an outside provider very well. There was no pressure to move out right away and they were very helpful with the transition. I truly recommend Juniper.

I have no complaints! They are always open to any questions or suggestions. Our rooms are all that we need. The food is good & the staff is awesome! There are many activities & the staff is always looking for new ones.

I have had the experience of visiting a few residents in the years past. I joined the FB page and enjoy seeing all the activities that take place. Recently, VERY good family friends, have made the tough decision to make Juniper Village their new home. Their children have done an exceptional job along with the staff, of getting them moved in and settled. I visit them 2 times a week. I am so pleased with the entire place. They are all very kind and treat you like family. They no longer have to worry about anything. They are very well taken care in every aspect. This is what is most important to family members, as it is so hard to see them leave their home. I would reccomend this facility to anyone. Just visit and you will see for yourself.

My mom is in independent living, but they have been very responsive the 2 times she needed help. Both were for falls. She doesn't really use the meal plan, but when she does eat at the facility, she really enjoys it. She is involved in ALL the activities. She plays bingo, wii bowling, arts and crafts, singing groups, and trips. She loves all the friends she has made. I will add, her quality of life has improved so much. She is 81 and enjoying life. Her depression and anxiety are almost non existent. Juniper has been a godsend for all of us. [name removed] has been wonderful keeping us updated if there is anything we need to be aware of.

Everyone at Juniper is very nice and helpful. Mom loves it there and has made a lot of friends. They also have lots of activities to keep them busy and not bored. They also have concerts at night that family is invited to which are very good. Landscaping is beautiful and well kept. So far after only three weeks we are very impressed.

The communication was fantastic. It's a beautiful property. Despite being clearly short staffed everyone seemed to have a positive culture. He passed [date removed] or so after I moved him there and hospice was wonderful. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

5 for all of them except #7. My dad didn't really participate in activities unfortunately. But they seemed to have a lot of activities for the residents. The staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. I feel dad got very good care while he was there. He seemed to really like the staff he came in contact with. The medical staff kept me well informed, too.

The food was excellent I didn't have any complaints from my dad. I was disappointed in the financial staff didn't seem to understand what insurance policy coverage.

My parent has had a very good experience at Juniper Village at Brookline. The only recommendation would be to have a more thorough orientation upon becoming a resident. There are a lot of options and activities and these should be explained and have literature that can be referenced by the resident and the supporting family members to aid the resident in making decisions.

The staff is friendly, competent, caring, and compassionate. The food is excellent. The administrative staff did everything possible to make the "onboarding" process stress free. The quality of care is top notch, with nurses stationed 24/7 in the memory care unit. They are in contact with the families if the need arises. The facility is well kept and clean. The facility provides daily, almost hourly, activities for the residents in memory care. The staff who undertake this responsibility are excellent at what they do and encourage residents to participate to their ability. There is no sitting in front of a TV screen here while staff sit idly by (which was the case in a prior facility). Overall, considering the circumstances of having a parent with dementia, the experience at The Vero is positive.

I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. [name removed] and his staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled.

5 across the board. My mother loves the camaraderie of the staff and so many friends. She loves the real long workouts and the occasional lobster. Yes, we would recommend Juniper Village at Hamilton to other families.

The staff at Juniper Village Mt Joy has been wonderful for my family members long term care. (Over 3 years so far)The facility is clean and bright, always pleasant. The staff is caring and addresses any questions or concerns you have. The care my family has been given is top notch. The nursing staff is responsive to concerns, questions and devoted to providing excellent care. You can call them anytime and they are always responsive. My family member considers the staff at Juniper his family and has blossomed under their care. [names removed] and the entire team go out of their way to provide the best experience possible for your loved one. I highly recommend Juniper Village MT Joy for your loved ones.

Very friendly staff, affordable and my mom loves the place. Yes, we would recommend Juniper Village to other families based on the experience we have had.

Lovely tour of the community which was very clean and charming. We met some of the staff who greeted us with smiles. We had all our questions answered and options presented that would be in the best interest of our loved one. The pricing seems more than reasonable for the area and versus the other communities we saw.

Another facility told me that once I checked out Juniper Village, I would not be back to theirs. That spoke volumes~ & they were right!!!It's close to our kids, they welcome our 13 year old fur baby, it's beautiful, not congested, provides a variety of living spaces & the staff is awesome!

The nurses are well educated in their craft. Delighted by their interpersonal skills. I have no hesitation of giving a 5-star rating to the group as a whole. High quality of care. Thankful for all services. River cafe is awesome ! Best BLT’s !

We've had a very good experience with Juniper Villege. The staff, nurses and office workers are all very nice and helpful. [name removed] is really happy there. She has great care and has made some nice friends. She enjoys having the kitchenette in her room and also the meals from the facility. She also likes having the option of being able to eat in either of the two dining rooms. It has a great experience from the start.
