I do not drive much but where I have gone it is very friendly. I picked this community because I just like it.

The folks had looked at several places, but still undecided. We called Loma Clara hoping they had a vacancy. One had just come available, so we made appointment to see it the next day. My husband and I were here visiting, so we came too. Everyone was impressed. The folks moved in the next month. We have visited several times and always as impressed as the first time. Thank you Loma Clara for taking very good care of my father and his wife.

The lobby and dining rooms are sunny, positive, and sparkling clean - more like a 5-star hotel than a care facility. Staff is caring, responsive and there are a variety of activities, truly something for everybody. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, and meticulously maintained.

Las Villas Del Norte was an excellent place for my dad. His apartment was just the right size. The meals were delicious (I enjoyed several meals). Towards the end of my dad's journey, the staff were really supportive of both my dad and me. There were a few little things like ants in the apartment. The wait staff would give my dad extra ice cream!)

Attention to All! This is where you want to reside when you need a little extra help. Tired of cooking, cleaning, figuring out how to spend your day? Solstice has you covered. This is the place you want to live. The staff is AMAZING.... they will quickly become family to you. The executive director is thoughtful and caring. Everyone is friendly and fun to be around.... My folks have lived here over 10 years. Wouldn't want them anywhere else... It's simply perfect. Caregivers are available if you need some personal helpt with anything. From the very first person we spoke with, [name removed], up until today, Solstice has been a warm and welcoming place for my dad to call home. He has made many new friends from the moment he moved in and is engaged in activities, both physical and social, that keep him happy and motivated. He enjoys outdoor walks in the neighborhood with friends, dining with others who are engaging to talk to, and enriching activities that get him up and moving in the recreation room. He has created new memories with friends at the luau and happy hour hosted by Solstice. Additionally, I feel confident knowing that there are people looking out for my dad’s well being on daily basis. My dad and our family are 100% happy with him choosing Solstice for his home.

My mother [name removed] has lived in both assisted living and memory care. Neither was a good fit. At solstice she has her confidence back because she has her own apartment and not just a little room. It makes her better because she wants to keep the life she has there. Even though it is independent living the staff there are very involved. I haven’t met anybody there who isn’t friendly. Three meals a day and plenty of resources for the residents, not to mention the beautiful courtyard. It turned out to be the best fit for her. I highly recommend this establishment.

Love living in my own private cottage. Love the park-like setting with all the wildlife. Food is mediocre, but that's good for my figure. Manager is an excellent trained listener, but rarely follows through on my perceived problems. Other residents are quite friendly.

Worked very hard to meet expectations. My brother made a few good friends who he went back to visit after he was able to move back into his home.

My dad loves it there. It is a great place and my dad loves living there. We picked this community because of the location close to loved ones and liked the setup of the facility, has park like grounds on the property great for walking and offered variety of activities to participate in.

Prestige was wonderful. He stayed in the memory unit for less than 6 months. I could not have asked for a better environment for him to spend his last days. It was very sad to lose him, but I think he was just done with the struggle. He stopped eating, was on hospice for 10 days and was gone. From my perspective i would give Prestige a 5 on everything. A 5+ on friendliness of staff and quality of care. [name removed] would disagree with that assessment im sure, of course he didn't want to be there. I was with him every day for most of the day. I was able to observe staff caring for all of the patients and never ever saw an eye roll or heard any comments from staff about some of the challenges that they faced.

Choose this facility because it was a little smaller. My folks lived on a farm and then small town so a larger facility would be overwhelming. I think they try really hard but are short staffed like everywhere

They were wonderful help with Mom's passing. Very caring. Mom didn't want to go but fell in love with Brunswick village within a couple weeks. Loved that even needing memory care she was able to have her own room. You become part of a large family at Brunswick Village.

Everyone at Solstice Senior Living at Plano has been wonderful. I can't to began to thanks the facility director [name removed] for always checking and walking the facility. The food is excellent, my brother love it. I have tried some of the lunching. It was delicious. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I would rate all of the categories as 5. My mother has settled in nicely and is happy with the facility. She especially likes the availability of outdoor spaces and a level , paved path so she can securely use her walker to take a walk independently. The place has a welcoming atmosphere when we visit. It was a good match for my mother. She is 97 with no major health concerns.

I would rate all of them as a 5. My father really enjoyed his time there. Even up to the end when he passed away, the care they provided was incredible. This facility has exceptional staff. They cared and encouraged his participation in daily activities. I loved that they would communicate with him in Spanish when he didn't remember that he could speak English.

I am extremely pleased with the amount of personal attention that my husband received from the very beginning of his arrival. The RN on staff, was immediately available. He attended to us in such a way that it appeared that we were the only people requiring his attention. The RN facilitated getting a nurse practitioner and to see my husband on our second day there. This was very important as he had arrived with an existing infection. The RN saw to it that my husband quickly received a diagnosis, and then went the extra mile to ensure that the prescription was received that very same day. The RN has been meticulously overseeing the many prescriptions my husband receives along with carefully reviewing his vital signs and blood glucose levels. The RN has also assisted us in our visits to see specialists and has, at times, stayed with us during the visit to help us in communicating with the doctors. I had no idea that this level of medical care and attention would be available to us!

I would rate Windchime as 5 on questions - 1-6. Can't really grade them on value for money as it is expensive but not sure what others are charging. Staff are involved, caring and friendly. Very different from a prior facility my husband was at. It is a caring, small facility in woodsy setting. For my husband a big tower block would not have worked and the outdoor patios were a big plus.

Moving from out of state to Oklahoma was one thing, finding my dad all new doctors and all the things that go with it was added stress. Every single staff member at Sand Sage in Mustang has been absolutely incredible. They were welcoming and check on him constantly and we are several months now as a resident there. Lots of activities and great meals, but the care is over-the-top wonderful.

After touring several facilities, placed my parents at Allara in memory care floor. Cost is very competitive with other facilities and Allara is fairly new and well kept. Staff has been helpful and most are friendly and ready to help. There has been an adjustment period but the parents are well cared for.
