I love my home. Been here 7 months all through Covid. I am thankful to be here. No Covid. I love the staff. Looking forward to eating in the dining room full time. Thank you.

Been here 3 mo. I'm so happy here. The amenities and accommodations are excellent. When Covid is over it can only be better. I'm thanking the executive director and all the staff for their care, consideration, and all factors that go into the operation of our home away from home!

It is a good place for your loved one. The staff were always friendly. The rooms are nice. The food was ok for my loved one, some days he liked it more and others not so much. The bathroom was extremely nice and it was a walk in bathroom.

Las Villas offers a lot of activities, they would send us pictures of activities our loved one was doing. They celebrate holidays and birthdays. They also let the residents walk around in their beautiful indoor garden. As far as we know there has been no positive cases of COVID on the memory care side. We liked how this community was not to large, and we also like how the memory care residents were together and they weren't mixed in with the general population. The staff members are long term, there is not a lot of turnovers at this community. They know all the patients by name. Our loved one spoke another language, and some of the staff members would try to learn some words in her language to make her feel comfortable. They really did treat her well.

The staff members at this Solstice are great, they are very friendly, and it is a very affordable community. Our loved one likes the food, they have table service in the dining room. Our loved one has a studio apartment, but they have other room sizes that go all the way up to a large two bedroom apartment,

We chose Oak Cottage of Santa Barbara because it was focused on memory care. I like that they are very involved with Alzheimer's and their staff is well trained in all different areas. They have an app where you can see what activities your loved ones are doing. They also email videos and pictures of her and we can face-time her at anytime. They went and picked all of my moms stuff up from her previous facility, so it made the move very easy on us. They are a very family oriented facility. We have had a wonderful experience here so far.

The Palms community is a very nice place, it is pretty and very clean. It is like living in a luxury hotel. Some activities the have for the residents are singing groups and games. From our understanding the food has been pretty good and he really likes the variety.

I would like to commend Sagebrook for the outstanding care that they provide to my client. I am very satisfied with the customer care they provide and ensure that my client is having a good quality of life. Thank you to all the staff and management team!

I had looked at others places and I chose Heartus Suwanee because the staff was friendly, the place itself is beautiful, it is very clean, and the price was also comparable to others we saw. It is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone. The room sizes from what I saw are very nice for one person. They also have other room sizes that you are able to choose from. I ate here in the dining room and the food was excellent, I would compare to any nice restaurant. My favorite part about the community would be that I feel she is safe and well taken care of here. Overall it is a beautiful place to be and anybody that can afford it should come to a place like this.

I would recommend this community to friends. The friendless of the community is great. The staff was able to bend over backwards to assist our loved one and the family. The staff was very nice to our loved one who was a grumpy old man.

The care services at Solstice were good, and from what we saw the activities were good as well. Our loved one wasn't at this community for very long, but we did really like how friendly the staff was. This community is more independent living so there wasn't much interaction between the staff and residents. The rooms were a nice size, they offered plenty of space. The food was good, we would have to say it was pretty adequate, however they did have some turnovers within their food service.

Love this senior living community. Couldn't be happier. Love the amenities and the food and activities. The staff is helpful and caring. Independent living with assistance if needed for the long term. Happy to have made this choice for my loved one.

We chose Solstice Senior Living because [name removed], the lady who runs Solstice was absolutely amazing. She was helpful, friendly, she walks around and makes sure everyone is happy and feels good. Everybody who works here is just phenomenal. Even during COVID, they are doing lots of activities. My father raves about the activities, he is into yoga now. My dad is in a 1 bedroom suite, he has his own bathroom, a kitchenette, as well as a balcony. The dining room looks very nice. My favorite part about this community is that they are on the ball about everything all the time. I would absolutely recommend this community, I would live here if I could. I COULD NEVER repay [name removed] for all she has done for my family by having my father in there.

Most especially during COVID, I feel they are most exceptional and they doing everything that to protect their residents. With COVID, the residents have being eating in their apartment as the the meals are delivered. The food is nutritional and actually good which is why I said that they are exceptional. I would recommend this community to other families. I looked at several others, but i think that they offer value for the money there. I do think that could do a little more of recreational activities though.

We chose this community because it met my dad's budget, the staff we met with with helpful and they followed up with us regarding everything they said that they would. They were very accommodating to us. The food was good and they variety offered. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I can't say enough good things about the conscientious and professional staff at Sagebrook. My sister needs 24/7 care and in the middle of this pandemic she became a Sagebrook resident. The intake was incredibly smooth and the staff has kept me apprised of her condition throughout. They reach out if she needs something or when they have concerns or questions. It has been such a relief knowing that my sister is safe and has excellent care. I could not be more pleased.

My parents love it here. They have lived there for about a year. They are very cost-effective. They offer lots of services; laundry, housekeeping, personal care. The staff is very accessible. Everyone knows everyone. We had entertainment come in for my parent's 70th anniversary.

The staff has been great with my mom. My mom thinks the food is awful. The location is good. It is kept very clean and smells good. I would recommend them to others. They have three floors and an elevator. My mom has a large studio that works for her. They have different floor plans to choose from.
