This is a very clean place to live. The workers, not the management keep the place going and moving a long. They are very efficient with all of the residents. But there are staff that have been very helpful.

I really liked this community while I toured it. There was just another community that fit what we were looking for better.

Of all the places I toured, I really liked Heartis Fayetteville. I'm leaning towards them once the time comes, when my loved one needs that higher level of care. I appreciate that they’ve stayed in touch with me and given me a lot of advice.

This community was so nice. The people were nice and the food was so good. The only thing was that it was only independent. They said they would watch my loved one but I knew she would have to be moved if she got worse. It was a little outdated and dark. Also you had to provide your own appliances.

The care is amazing. The welcome that we received and the care that my loved one gets every day is awesome. The property is beautiful. It's like being on a cruise. The activities and environment are just really well done. They have music, happy hours, crafts, religious services, anything you'd like to do. My loved one is not a joiner, and they get her up and out and going to activities. And she's doing fabulous. The cost is astronomical, but I've also taken care of her in my own home, and I know the emotional toll that took on me. It's well worth it to me to see her so well cared for here.

We chose Palms at La Quinta because the staff to resident ratio was really good. They do offer shared and private rooms, he has a shared room and has had no problems with it. I really appreciate the quality care they give to my brother in the memory care unit, they are very patient with him. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

After lots of searching so glad my mom landed here at Brunswick Village. The ladies up front are the best!!

My experience is still in the early stage. I had two places to choose from and I choose Brunswick Village because I want my mom to have a location that is like a home. She likes the family feel, she has lots of supervision and activities. We as the family feel we are being heard and if mom is in need of something they see the need a get it for her and when we get there they communicate to us. I like the security I see it makes me not have more worries. Please if you are looking for a family environment for your loved one to live in when they are needing to be in an assistance facility choose Brunswick Village.

I toured many facilities in the area and Brunswick Village is the one I chose because it has excellent staff, was very clean, the food was great and it was on the smaller size so more attention is given to the residents. My friend has dementia and the care she is given is so great that she often calls me to make sure that she can stay there. She is very happy and adjusted well and quickly and does not want to leave. They keep me informed on her condition as well as any needs that she might have. I am able to visit her any day any time and she can stay in the community that she loves.

I would recommend to send your loved one here. I even plan on going here later in life. It is small enough to get individual care and attention. I like this community a lot. They do have activities at this community however, my loved one is not able to participate. I looked at several places and this was the best one we found. It could use a few updates but overall it is perfectly great and my loved one is happy.

Overall it has been a very good experience. [name removed] the director has been absolutely amazing. She has been so helpful and great with communication. The facility seems to be well kept and shes been happy with the housekeeping. She does say that there could be more variety on the men, but she is doing really well here and I am glad we made this choice. They have a doctor who comes by and that has been really helpful.

This is an excellent place for a loved one. It is clean and the quality of the food is great. The staff are well trained and respectful. I would recommend to anyone. There are some new staff that came in due to the shortages. It took a while to get used to the training and new staff just because of the changes.

We chose Solstice Senior Living mostly because of the space. The unit they had available was an end unit and it was full of windows and natural light so it was perfect. The value for the money compared to other places we looked at was lower. She does say that the food is a little bland. I would recommend to others looking.

We visited other lovely communities and interviewed still more by phone. However, the moment we were met by the team at Canyon Trails, we knew we had found a new home for our mother. Both the sales director and the administrator made us feel like we had just found some long lost family members who could not wait for Mom to come live with them. Also, everyone we encountered on the tour of the facility greeted us with a huge smile and welcome. The decision made, it took quite a bit of unexpected time before we could get Mom there. The Canyon Trails team supported us every step of the way, at one point saying," You are family now and we take care of our family!" Mom is now in residence and we can happily breathe again!

We chose Blossom Vale because of the convenient location for our family. I would tell others that they are very easy to work with and you can tell that they definitely care about their residents. I would recommend them.

I like living here. I find it nice, quiet, and social. I love my apartment. It's a great size and very comfortable. The residents all really care about each other. I would recommend to other people. Non one makes you do activities - they are there if you want to participate..

I would tell others that the staff and administration are friendly and accommodating. The staff are excellent to work with anytime I had questions or concerns and they handled everything very professionally. The food was good.

This is a very bright community. Very easy to get around and the people are friendly. My loved one loves the food and the housekeeper. My loved one is on the bottom floor and loves having her own entrance. She is very happy here.
