We picked this community because it was smaller in size, and more personal. The facility is clean, is staffed appropriately and [name removed] loves her room and the food.

Very nice facility. The Director is excellent. My friend really enjoys the food and all of the interns. Everyone is very friendly and they do an excellent job with meds, laundry, social activities, and care of people staying in the facility. I also like the cleanliness in the building.

Care from medical staff is excellent, as is their communication with family and doctors. Staff is friendly, pricing structure is complex but in line with other local facilities. I would have given them a 5, but they just announced a $250/day extra charge if resident must be quarantined or isolated for Covid. That is more than 100% of regular charges and in my opinion is not defensible

This facility is clean, modern, private rooms w/bathroom. The staff is friendly and seem competent. It is fairly new (4 years) and is still trying to "find itself". We have daily exercise, but not a lot of other activities, the food is adequate. A variety of residents, but people are nice, seem happy here. I feel safe here.

For the most part I would give it a high rating for Home Again, especially the staff. Where I need assistance, those needs are cheerfully met. My quarters are adequate for my needs. The one area that needs some improvement is the food. Part of which my appetite is effected by my illness (kidney failure) so many food items are not appetizing to me.

We liked this community it is nice and clean and well taken care of. So far the food has been good. There aren't as much daily activities going on as we expected. They have a bus service to take them shopping or to the doctor. The grounds are landscaped well. There are limited people he can communicate with they all just need more care than my dad does. I would recommend it to someone not as active.

The staff was very helpful making my uncle feel at home. They understood this was very strange and difficult for someone that has lived and taken care of himself all his life. They have been working hard to accommodate some of his special needs which we appreciate very much. After a few weeks he has settled in and even though he would rather be home he knows he needs the assistance provided by the staff at Home Again.

Our family had an in person tour with the Homey Again Assisted Living community and it was a good tour experience but overall the community was just to pricey for us.

Didn't get to see much.
