My family and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my grandmother receives at this senior living home. From the moment she moved in, we felt a tremendous sense of relief knowing she was surrounded not only by professionals, but by people who genuinely care about her wellbeing. The staff goes above and beyond every single day. They greet her by name, take time to connect with her, and make sure she feels safe, comfortable, and valued. It’s clear they treat residents like family, not just residents, and that has made all the difference for us. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and full of life. Knowing she is well cared for gives our whole family peace of mind. We could not ask for a better place for her to call home, and we truly appreciate everyone who plays a role in her daily comfort. Highly recommended to any family looking for a safe, compassionate, and uplifting environment for their loved ones.

After touring one of hearthstone’s adult care homes I felt immediately my mom would do so well there. In the week between my tour and moving my mom in, I visited multiple times and was so impressed with the residence and the staff. Arriving to see resident activities in progress, the smell of incredible home cooking and staff that were clearly kind and caring gave me so much peace that this would be the right place for my mom. My mom officially moved in yesterday and I already saw a light in her that I hadn’t seen in a very long time. I realize it sounds dramatic - but she was greeted with so much love and warmth and it was clear she felt right at ease. I feel so much peace knowing she is in a safe, caring place with people who want to see her thrive despite her dementia. Best decision.

My momma has been at Hearthstone Communities for almost 4 years and she always says “Honey, if you ever need a place to stay, come here!” She is so happy and calls everyone “honey.” I cannot thank Angie and staff enough for taking care of my sweet momma.

My grandma has been a resident at Hearthstone for several years. The staff does a wonderful job taking care of her and genuinely care for the residents. Every time we visit, she tells us what a good job they’re doing. I highly recommend the facility.

The folks at Hearthstone take such great care of my grandmother. She has been a resident there for three years and the home is always clean, the employees are pleasant and helpful, and most importantly my grandmother loves living there! I have and will continue to recommend Hearthstone to friends and family.

My Grandmother has been living here for years. Every time we visit she’ll say, “Lord, you wouldn’t believe how good they take care of me.” The staff is always friendly and [name removed] knows how to throw a good party. I would recommend anyone who needs assistance to live here.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Hearthstone in Sterling Heights for the last three years. She is happy, well cared for, and safe. When you ask her if she likes her home, she will tell you, “if anyone needs a place to stay, and be cared for, this is where they should come!” Excellent staff. Weekly entertainment. Holiday parties for staff and their families. Doctors come to the residents. I have recommended Hearthstone Communities to my friends for their loved ones, and one of them actually brought their father and was very happy.

My mother has been in this facility for 5 years. She is well taken care of and will say to me “if you ever had to come to a place I would tell everyone to come here”. The food is always good. They do crafts and provide live musical acts.

I have been in this home for a few months. The only care I get is absolutely amazing. I got 24/7 Care, homemade meals assistance with everything that I need. I adore my staff. They take wonderful care of me.

What can I say Hearthstone is the best. My Father was at 3 different facilities they were not a great fit for my Dad. We discovered Hearthstone from a family friend . My Dad has finally found a home he is very happy here. The owners and the staff are all very kind and professional. I couldn't be happier with the care my dad is receiving.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care Hearthstone community provides for our family member. The staff is always pleasant. Our dad is always clean, shaved and says he likes living there. They have different kinds of entertainment that comes in for the residents, have fun parties for the holidays and communicate well with family members. I’m very happy we selected Hearthstone for our dad to live at.

My mother has been in four different care settings, and this is the first place where I’ve truly felt peace of mind. From the beginning, I could sense that this home was different — the environment is warm, the care is attentive, and above all, the staff genuinely treat her with dignity and kindness. I no longer feel the constant worry or guilt I’ve carried in other placements. Here, I trust that she is safe, respected, and cared for in a way that reflects both professionalism and compassion. I’m incredibly grateful to have finally found a place that feels like home for her.

Hearthstone Community in this case the [name removed] home is the best!! They take such great care of my grandfather with Alzheimer’s. They know so much about what he does and doesn’t like and treat him like a member of their own family! They have such great activities for the residents and gatherings to have the families all together!!

This assisted living home is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and compassion. The management team is professional, the caregivers are amazing, and the residents are happy. I would give them ten stars if I could!

THIS Heartstone is amazing home for memory care! The crew care keep home clean wonder home cook food. Entertainment all the time. Clean beds, clean floors, no dust. 100% Wonder home. Also very loving home

We are here most every month. The residents are happy, well taken care of, and live in beautiful, comfortable homes. All homes are very clean and orderly. They are always warm and cozy and enjoy the entertainment we provide. All the homes are lovely and very well maintained. They are very clean and get home cooked meals daily. They do special events for holidays, birthdays, and have lovely summer parties with food and drink for all guests.The provide activities that work with the condition of each resident. We love all the residents at these communities, and the staff is outstanding! I highly recommend all the Hearthstone Communities.

On [date removed] we moved our mother in to start hospice. The smaller setting, family vibe, 24/7 care and the staff was just what we needed. I cannot say enough about the care my mother received. The staff here keeps you informed, takes care of your loved one as if they were their own. The home is very clean, decorated for fall (holidays) and can meet your level of care you are looking for. Unfortunately my mother passed after two weeks of moving in. The staff here including the hospice Nurse made sure our mother was comfortable, and not in pain in her final moments. My siblings and I want to Thank you all for the amazing job and for being by our side through this difficult time. You will always hold a place in our hearts.

My mother-in-law has been at the Briarcliff facility for about 4 years now. She is happy, safe, and well cared for. The care workers are great. They provide wonderful, fun activities. We look forward to the parties they invite all family members to come and share with the residents. We are very happy that she is there.

This assisted living community truly cares about its residents. The caregivers treat everyone with kindness and respect. They make sure every resident feels safe, comfortable, and included. The activities, meals, and atmosphere are excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!
