The staff is very caring and the only reason I gave a 4 is because there is a bit of a language barrier with some staff, not all. However, every staff member I've encountered has been wonderful and they are very caring and careful with my mom. Food is prepared fresh daily right in the kitchen. The activities are better than expected considering most residents need lots of assistance. We are very happy with the ratio of caregivers to residents, usually 3 to 1, and grateful we found mom a place at HearthStone.

Mom is very well takin care of. The staff is always very friendly to her and us. I feel very comfortable in knowing they will care for her. The house is always very clean

When mom changed to hospice they were reluctant to medicate, had to have a conference with the hospice and the manager to get them to use the morphine. Disappointed that they were not knowledgeable about hospice

They treat my mom well, communication needed some improvement, but they did step up and made improvements. I think it Hearthstone Communities is a wonderful place for my loved one. They continue to make changes and improvements to take the best care of my mom

very accommodating, even though their is a little language barrier, we can always communicate. they take great care of my mother and keep me aware of what is going on with her. I highly recommend them, the owner and staff are very nice and always have a smile on their faces.

Very nice and probably perfect for Mom except his prices increased from $2,500/mo to $3,500/mo. This is way over my highest budget.

The cleanliness is excellent Genesis Senior Living 2. That's pretty much where the positive feedback ends. I have a communication problem the staff. They seem phony at this facility. They are nice to your face and then I see them laughing and joking when I leave. I am wanting to remove my husband from this facility. There is male care taker there that does not speak English well. It is very hard to understand him. My husbands arm was so marked up from him grabbing him. Overall I am not happy with this facility.

My loved one's stay here was only a very brief one, but I was very impressed by the kind and caring attitude of the staff. Everyone here is extremely caring and obviously very dedicated to the people that they look after. The only reason I did not give this place the full five stars is that there was a bit of a language barrier with some of the caregivers.

Overall we've been pleased with the service here. My loved one has been in a few different communities, and this does a good job in comparison to others that we've seen. The facility itself is always well kept and clean, and the staff are friendly. The residents always look content and well cared for, as well. There are a few things I feel like they could do a bit better. For one, the food could use improvement, in terms of both quality and variety. We've also had language barrier issues, since English is not the first language of most of the care staff.

I was not impressed with my tour of this care home. I toured it for my father, and his needs. I noticed that the residents were not very active. They didn't even acknowledge that we were there. I wanted a more active care home for my father.

Residents were mostly in recliners half asleep with no activities. A broken chair wasn’t fixed, the support dog stayed only minutes, they pushed medicine to make residents sleep, communication was poor, and they even cut hair without asking.

I DO NOT Recommend them there is a language barrier, they mix up medication and if you express concerns they call adult protective services on you! The case was unfounded but caused so much undo stress on our family
