It has been very easy for me to integrate into the community. Very friendly residents and everyone is supportive of each other. They have a lot of activities, some are Attivo lead and some resident lead. They have things like concerts, crafts, card games, etc. I would definitely recommend to others looking

Attivo Trail is not an assisted-living facility; it contains complete apartments with everything an adult would need. I have a two bedroom, 2 bath living space with a complete kitchen with all appliances. I am used to convection/air frying, so I will buy a portable air fryer for the counter. The kitchen has a 4 to 5 foot island, and I have 2 chairs there. The living area is decent size with a door that leads to a good-sized lanai. I have a mid-sized Weber grill with three chairs and 2 side tables there. I grill almost every night and sit on the lanai with a glass of wine while I look south over the District. In the summer you can hear the music from the district. The facility has a swimming pool and work-out area that are open to everyone. They give out a monthly calendar that lists all the activities that are planned for the month. Every Friday the residents hold a get- together where we bring food and drink and interact with all the residents who attend.

They have a lot of activities going on and I would recommend Attivo Trail to other families

They do have activities going on, but i do think they could be improved and incorporate more things our loved one likes to do. However, we would still recommend the Attivo trail community to theres.

Residents are not treated all the same. The smell of cigarette smoke is an issue frequently, and repeatedly nothing is done to those who don't follow "rental agreement" rules. Some residents are told by MGMT & Maintenance there is no time for them to hang mirrors, change where towel bars are, etc. Yet other residents get these services done by Maintenance for free or a small fee. Parking/Garage spaces - residents are "not treated fairly with parking spaces/garages. . . . some have 2 or 3, others are told "no", when they inquire or ask. No parking spaces for elderly visitors or those w/babies. . . while some get parking spots on wkends right in front of the building. All w/no explanation or help from Mgmt. When asked why the difference in rent increase of same size apts, only told "depends on the Market". . . No further discussion/explanation is given., and then staff avoids any contact w/residents who try to get an explanation.
