I came to Discovery Point in [year removed] and really enjoyed my apartment and all of the goings on: bus outings and all of the in-house activities. It is a busy and happy life with many friends. After a few years, I moved to where I thought the grass would be greener. I ended up moving back here. We have the best activities director! I love the food.

My mom has only been here 2 months but she is loving it. The folks in marketing and the executive director are very nice and extremely helpful. She was on a waiting list and something opened up early so they called right away to let us know, great with communication. I would definitely recommend Discovery Point to others looking.

I just got back from picking up my Thanksgiving lunch. Took me ten minutes to gobble it down. It was delicious! Great variety, amazed at how smooth pick up was. The packaging was amazing. Very much appreciated what Cypress Team did to make our Thanksgiving a blessing. I hope all of you enjoy your day.

This is a beautiful community with many great amenities. [name removed] shared much good info with me about the property, the units and the costs, and answered my many questions with knowledge and kindness.

We toured this community and the tour was good. I have a pet and there was no patio area so it didn't fit our needs.

I think the community is great and you should check for yourself. Communication is good between the staff and the residence adnd they keep us well I would recommend this community to others

This is a wonderful place to be. The people are friendly and kind. They have every amenity you can think of. There is an exercise room, transportation, sidewalks all around, covered parking, garages and sheds are available to rent; these are a few amenities they have. The apartments are huge, like a house. They are stylish. They have high ceilings, and everything you can think of.

I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking. I did quite a bit of searching and I was working with a limited budget. The places that I looked at were so much more expensive and Discovery Point was the most affordable I could find and I liked it. This community is so well keep and clean. This are on top of it immediately when things come up. The food is quite good and they offer variety.

This is a very nice campus. [Name removed] had another commitment so she could not give me as much time as she would have like to. The campus is well kept and they offer a fair amount of activities and 1 - 2 outings a day. The have religious services for catholic, protestant and LDS members. They are way on the east side of Mesa. I talked to one resident and she really loved it there. It is perhaps the least expensive place to stay.

I've lived here for 7 years and I have enjoyed Cypress Point and the people who are on staff. They are willing to help you as soon as possible. They are friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I feel safe here and the people I know mostly around here that live here are very pleasant to talk to and also to help you.

I toured Cypress Point last year after my father passed away - I was looking for a place for my mom. After months of trying to convince my mom to just "look" she finally said YES! We toured in July and she moved in that September and she absolutely loves it! She is always excited to tell me about the activities she does in the club house and has made so many new friends.

People are very kind and friendly. The management stays on top of events and cares for each of us.

I absolutely love living here! I've been here for over 6 years and plan on living here for the rest of my life! The office staff care so deeply about us and maintenance is really fast to respond. I love CP!

Grandma lived here and she loved it several years ago. They have updated and maintained the property. Resident's love it.

After 8 months of residency at Discovery Point we are very happy about the decision we made to move here. They staff is very caring and work very hard. Good meals and many special events to participate in. Life is easier here allowing us to do the activities we want with more ease. Our apartment is our cozy home now. No muss..no fuss..time for us!

We like that this property is all inclusive, including breakfast and dinner. Most of the property is indoors so our loved one won't have to go outside in the heat to get to a meal or activity. The buildings and apartments are well maintained. There are lots of different areas for a variety of activities. Additional assistance is available at a reasonable price in 15 minute increments. The dining area is very nice! There is a group of residents who try the foods and rate meals to make sure the menu is to their liking. We like the different religious services and activities as well as activities like happy hour. Very well rounded! It sounds like the residents really enjoy themselves. This community is for those who value their privacy. The staff doesn't check in with residents however there are still safety precautions in place. It's independent living only, which keeps the cost down. This place will be hard to beat, especially for the price.

We liked what we saw

I love this place, The staff is so good and are always ready to help with my needs. I moved here two years ago, and my plans were to live here till I pass on. Well just recently I was told I have to move because they will no longer accept SEC 8 residents, I really regret having to move. I really do love my home here.
