I was looking a place for my mom and I came here because a friend recomended me this place When the caregiver open the door she was so friendly and polite , the house is pretty clean and confortable, I like the house and personal I will bring my mom to here

After moving mom to another facility we realize that she was not getting the care to help her improve. After moving her the new facility actual got her out of bed and dressed her and had her sit at table to eat and then they would do exercises with them in the living room . All has their own recliner to sit in. [removed] was fantastic with mom. They even got the wound on her back side to shrink made her feel better. Her last few months there were great they also had her anger under control where we could visit with her. She was fed very well they would giver what she wanted. Or they would call me if there was something specific she wanted. Never saw her out of her her bed or night clothes. The monthly charged was good.

There are to many things here that they could work to improve on.

There were no activities available other then TV watching. My mom has advanced dementia and I had a good relationship with the caregivers that worked there, but there were a few times that the staff neglected to notice things like a fall and a swollen and black and blue ankle. The food was home cooked there. The raised the rent by $500 after six months due to low occupancy issues. I went there a lot because they didn't provide much care and I needed to take her to appointments. This community would better for a more independent resident.

[Name removed] was extremely rude to me the day that my grandmother passed away. First he was demanding that I pay a deposit to hold her room when she was admitted to the hospital for two weeks. The day she died, I called him to let him know that my younger brother would stop by to collect her personal belongings and he demanded that we pick them up that instance. He never offered condolences. Then he didn't want to refund any of the money that I had paid for the month of March and she was only there for a few days when she was admitted to the hospital. I had to threaten to sue him and he still didn't give me what was a fair amount. The staff was very nice. The owner was a [language removed]

The care is good, but the meals could be improved and there is not enough activity for the value for cost.

They need more help for the residents. If the residents need assistance, they are not very accommodating. If you only need food, to be changed, and a bed bath it will be okay. Anything additional is a struggle at best

The bad and worst senior facility ever. The manager [name removed] is the worst caregiver, I don’t know why the owner allow her to be a manager and control the facility, she knows nothing and so mean to seniors and bad attitude ever. I hope the owner realizes this.

We are no longer at God Love community, the patient care was awful. There was not enough staffing and the staff they did have didn't speak English.

Really dark home. It had plenty of windows but they kept it like a cave. It had one care giver that was just looking at TV and didn't want to be bothered. Not at all what I want for my Mom.
