Clean facility and polite, and helpful staff. I would recommend to others.

The facility was very attractive. But one of the negatives was they did not have a nurse on staff. And they seemed to have limited activities. They still had a small number of residents compared to the facility's capacity.

The staff are very attentive to my loved ones needs they are often checking on her and making sure she is comfortable in her new living environment. The meals are tasty and an alternative option is always available from the menu if the residents are dissatisfied with the food they are being served.

They were pretty good. It's a really nice place, and the staff is very kind. They take care of everyone really well. It's kept very clean, it really has been a really nice place.

The facility was nicely kept. my only problem is the location which was volse to ma busy street.

1.Overall experience: The staff barely communicates and does not keep or release records of patients progress despite it being in the lease under your resident's rights. 2.Cleanliness of the facility: After my dad moved into their memory care I found a moldy cup full of mold, full rotting trash cans, a roach, dirty laundry everywhere. 3.Friendliness: Their director is rude and uneducated. Beware, she will not work with you if you have any complaints, minor or major. 4.Quality of care: They are unqualified to deal with memory care patients. 5.Administrative staff: See above. Management is awful. Slow or no communication. Rude, uninformed. General staff is nice and tries very hard but are not held accountable. 6.Food: I don't know probably fine. 7.Activities: Not good at getting residents involved. 8.Value for the money: I found a facility in GA that was significantly cheaper for much better care. It's night and day.

Very nice looking place, but the administration is deplorable. In dealings with the administration, they tend to be cold, display a bad attitude, and tend to care less about helping you with a problem that involves them. I highly recommend to avoid this place.
