This community is beautiful inside and out. The staff we meet during our tour were nice. This is a lock down community and it was not what we needed for our loved one at this time.

The staff here has been great. The environment of this community is awesome. It has a great feeling and my loved one likes the homey feeling. It's not to big , but just the right size for my loved one. I really appreciate the pleasantness of the community. Sometimes they are bad about keeping me in the loop, but other than that they are great.

Our tour at The Gables was good, but it didn’t seem like a very homey place. It seemed just slightly better than a nursing home. And I wanted a place for my loved one to feel at home and really comfortable.
I had a tour of this community for my mother and was not very impressed with it. The staff where friendly but the facility was very small and they did not have very many amenities for the residents. They where also very expensive which I thought was weird considering they did not have much to offer. It was just not the right place for my mother in the end decision.

We had a terrible experience, and I would not recommend their memory care unit to anybody. They immediately evicted our loved one in less than 24 hours rather than trying to work with us/her to find a solution.
My loved one who suffered from early onset Alzheimer's was placed here in [date removed] and passed in [date removed]. After being left unattended for almost 12 hours she fell and was not able to recover from that event. She rapidly declined and passed. She was only 60 and in my opinion the lack of responsible care is the reason she passed in such a short amount of time after being placed in this facility. Do not be fooled by the beautiful building or the sales pitch given by the leadership.
