The staff are all really helpful and great. You haven't lived if you haven't played bingo with [name removed]. It was a great place for my father. I think they have a new chef now so the food is a little bit better, but it was very inconsistent previously.

My mom is currently at The Atrium and I could not be happier. She has a studio apartment but the size is perfect because she is never in her room. She is always out and about with her friends on trips or doing activities. She loves the food (a lot of options) and their chef even put one of her favorites on the menu! I wish my mom would have agreed to make the move sooner as she is definitely more active and happier overall.

The facility is well run and the staff is very helpful. They are well staffed also no personnel shortages. They work with you and keep in contact with you. I feel my parents are safe and well cared for. I love the fact that they have a PCP see them at the facility making doctors visits easier to manage.

I called and I was helped I was unsure and [name removed] helped me understand I was uncomfortable and [names removed] simply were honest and sincere I found a home for someone very special to me I was so sure I co-signed for the apartment but my dear friend passed away before I could move him

The property is the perfect size for residents to quickly get to the places they need to get. They do seem to be understaffed.

I wanted to tell you that today, in the morning, I was at the facility, and I was so impressed with the place, the excellence that the employees showed up, and the cleanliness of the facility. [name removed], the administrator, was charming and professional. I would give her 10 stars out of 5. To me, she went above and below with her attention.

The staff at The Sterling Aventura is very kind and compassionate. The housekeeping is great. They have an app to communicate with the family. You can view each day's scheduled activities. They have wonderful live music entertainers at Happy Hour! My mom fell a week before her move in date, so my sister and I were able to completely move her stuff in. Maintenance hung over 20 pictures exactly where we wanted them. The cable company had TVs ready to go when she finally moved in. The meals are good quality, they have open dinning from 7am-7pm. No set meal time. You can come down anytime and get a snack or a meal either to dine in or packed to take out. I would definitely recommend The Sterling Aventura to others.

I'm now living at Colonial Assisted living, 2090 N. Congress Ave, West Palm Beach FL. It's like Being home. They have everything for the older generation to do. The staff and employees are so professional and kind to all the residents here. They have a Backup generator, that priceless to have. Please come by check them out for yourself.

I personally have had a very proffesional. yet friendly experience. Staff has answered any and all questions that I have ever had. All needs have been met. This is a comfortable, and friendly environment.

I just believe that we have been blessed to find Bradenton Oaks - well, we didn't find it - the staff at A Place for Mom found it for us! The staff at Bradenton Oaks are so friendly and helpful! All the residents seem to be real friendly with each other, as well! Everybody loves the food and I've seen them line up early for lunch! The executive director is also very nice and helpful! Pass my comments along! I would absolutely recommend Bradenton Oaks!

All staff members at The Atrium at Boca Raton - from VP Sales, reception, maintenance, medical staff, activities, etc. - do a fine job and go the extra mile when needed.

I am thankful for this place for my aunt. We live out of town and she has lived there for two years and is so well cared for. They have wonderful activities; she loves the exercise and crafts. They are so responsive to us as we assist from a distance. From the personalized laundry service, to the homemade meals and attentive staff, we are just so thankful for the love and care they provide. She is a widow of a veteran so they even helped us get Veterans Benefits! Thanks Colonial!

This is an excellent community and experience for our family and loved one. The staff are very responsive to the family's questions, and they call us when anything changes. Everyone is friendly here. The staff is very caring as well. There are three meals served a day, and the residents have choices. There are also activities to assist with socialization of the residents. [name removed] was wonderful in answering all of our questions before, during and after the tour. The Director, [name removed], has been very helpful and we are pleased with him. [name removed] and [name removed] have been wonderful to work with my loved one.

I like living here, it's been almost 14 months. The staff are kind and considerate. I like the outings and activities and the good value for the money. It is close to shopping and several restraunts.

Overall, Colonial Assisted Living Palm Beach is an exceptional facility that provides excellent care for the elderly, making it an easy choice for those looking for a comfortable and safe place for their loved ones to live. Really just a "wow" experience.

Its incredible to find a facility that is affordable and located in downtown city place. The warmth of the staff and social aspect of the residents is incredible. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a independent active ALF that is affordable.

Wonderful community and staff - community feels like home. A hidden gem in Tampa which is close to USF and the VA Hospital. Highly recommend. Activities calendar was full every day. Other residents were singing and enjoying their day.

I would tell others looking into The Sterling Aventura for their loved ones that the staff is super friendly from the cleaning to administration. I would FOR SURE recommend this facility to others!!!

They have lots of activities and outings to keep the residents busy. One thing they could improve is better service for doctors appointments. I picked this community, because of the facility and price.

The staff has been super helpful through the transition. It was a difficult time for my loved one and I, the staff has been made it super easy. As a family they staff is super friendly and welcoming, they invite us for lunch and dinner and make us feel like we are apart of the community.
