Over a period of 6 years. I been at the Gardens, I would like to say it's VERY GOOD! There have been ups and downs but as a whole they always have been good to me and others. I'm a fan of our Chef, he tries to please us. Another great thing about our chef it's how flexible he is when we ask for a certain dish. He is very accommodating. Lastly, I love having music in the dining room while we have our meals, it's always nice and soft.

I'm a resident at the gardens and the food it's usually pretty good. The staff it's extremely friendly and so helpful. The Chef cooks well, and the food it's so fresh.

Everyday the food gets' better. My favorite food it's the gardens burger, it's delicious. The servers are nice and the chef cooks well.

I have lived here for a number of years and everything is wonderful, the activities are the best and the food it's tasty. 5/5

I LOVE IT HERE, NO WONDER THE RESIDENTS NEVER WANT TO LEAVE! I love my community because everyone seems to know each other. There are great views in the gardens. The food it's excellent, the staff is the best. I strongly recommend the Gardens at Park Balboa

THE FOOD IT'S EXCELLENT. Our chef is very friendly and helpful he also knows how to cook very well. We have the friendliest and kind staff. The best part of the gardens it the buffet, too many desserts to choose from and other great vegetables. I give the gardens at Park Balboa 5/5 stars

I moved to the Gardens about 3 months ago, the place it's very clean and the staff it's amazing! The food it's excellent, and our chef it's very friendly. It's very obvious that he loves what he does which it's cooking excellent meals for us. The staff has compassion for every resident and it makes me so happy. I'm very blessed to be at the garden's.

The dining experience it's a 5/5. Every meal it's delicious and the staff it's excellent. The Gardens at Park Balboa it's an excellent place to eat. On another note, our reputation manager it's excellent and so HELPFUL 24/7, She is amazing. Our chef it's good and the servers are VERY FRIENDLY!

The food at the Gardens at Park Balboa its excellent, all of the servers are very efficient and so friendly! On every meal we get two options, the special of the day and, the menu it's also available. I love the food and our chef its AMAZING.

We loved the person who showed us around! He was wonderful. We would have put my loved one here if we could have, but her care needs were just too high.

Our experience has been pretty positive. We're happy with The Terraces. They take good care of the residents. They are extremely friendly and know everyone by name, family included. In today's world especially, it's been a positive experience. And I feel it's a pretty good value.

Excellent facility. My mother has been here for 10 years. She transf. to [name removed] 2 years ago. Clean, well kept facility, excellent caring staff members.

I'm fairly new to The Gardens however I love the staff and residents. They take care of all the chores, so I have time for myself. The activities are great for different reasons. They have a variety of activities for all ages. The community feels very comfortable and I feel safe.

The Gardens at Park Balboa feels 100 times better in terms of caring staff, excellent food and the beauty of Gardens. Overall, I give the community a high rating 5/5.

The atmosphere is so positive, all the staff is always willing to assist in anyway they can. The staff always have name tags so it's easy to identify. But overall everybody here is friendly meaning staff and residents, that's because we are all FAMILY!!!

My favorite part of the community is that they accept pets. I also feel very comfortable taking my dog for walks because The Garden is so spacious. The staff is so dedicated they take care of all the chores. The food is excellent, the activities are fun and transportation is reliable.
