Memory Garden has been a positive turning point for my mother. Her mood is positive and she is more and much more comfortable than her pervious residence

The thing that sticks out the most to be about Faithful Living is just how clean the whole facility is. I would definitely recommend other families to look into Faithful Living for their loved ones.

Really like it here. If she likes the food- she eats it!

Likes to dance to music and rearrange furniture.

Due to my physical limitation. I don't take part in many activities- even music it's just bong, bong for I can't hear tones. But they have done a good job despite Covid Limitations. Dinner, it's sometimes hard to get the iron I need, some servers don't do well.

My brother Has been a resident of Tanglewood for four years now. I think the most important thing is his happiness and overall he is happy there, far more so than other places he has resided. I really had an issue when they were maybe going to move him to a different facility because of staffing shortage. I'm aware that this is issue throughout NYS. As a person who once worked as an HR manager for home health care, I think NYS state regulations and staff wages are what contribute to this problem.

We had a virtual tour with Twin Cedar and the facility was very nice as well as the staff, they conducted themselves well.

Unfortunately, my mom has since passed away, but the community was so kind. The have a new administrator who is a nurse, but the old administrator was so sweet and caring. My friend was the activities director which is why we chose this community. It really was a nice place for my mom.

My mother was a resident at Twin Cedars for 5 years and I was very happy with the care she received. [Name removed] and staff were very attentive to my mother’s needs. I am grateful to have a great resource such as Twin Cedars in my community.

My aunt is living in the independent living portion of this community. So far everything is working out well, and I'am comfortable with her move here. This is a nice community with kind people. The staff is kind, and friendly. So far we have not had any problems with this community, and I would recommend it.

The place is a good place for the ones we love, and they are very welcoming. I just think it could use a little makeover so that when we bring the loved ones there they do not feel like they are walking directly into a motel atmosphere. Just some new paint, new fixtures, updated look. I personally was a little nervous when we first got there, and was looking for the quality of care to outweigh the overall look. Which it did so we went with it. Doesn't have to be a fancy place to attract good beautiful people, just a little update :) Thank you for being so good to our loved ones... they deserve it.

It went fine All the staff were very nice & caring rate a 10 Facility is a little rough (older needs some sprucing up) but very nice Can not speak of activities or food, only there for 15 days

For the most part staff is great, my room is always clean the food here is great. I'm not an activity person but socializing here is not to hard.

The facility is old and shows its' age. The room was way too hot with no individual room temperature control and the shower water temperature was tepid at best. The staff, however, was caring and supportive.

I toured this facility. Our tour guide was new and wasn't able to explain everything and answer all of our questions. It was clean and everyone seemed friendly. Ultimately, the set up wasn't ideal for my loved one anyway.

Doesn't care for the music played in the dinning rooms. He doesn't like being locked in. Maintenance is very good. People need to have fun!
