The staff is super friendly. I have met a lot of nice residents. My apartment is very cute. I decoarated with coastal. Very quite in my apartment. They dinning area acoustics are not the best , but I wear hearing aids so nothing is perfect for me. They serve in courses and of course my FAVORITE is dessert ??. Institutions have minuses,but mine has been on the plus instead of minus side. I also would encourage anyone to making their own decision before someone has to make it for them. The Barrington is the best value for those hard earned dollars. I love people and have found a ministry just trying to make someone else’s day happier. Search all your possibilities with you in mind. I am happy at the Barrington in Largo FL.

Took the tour and thought this was a great place. It is neat, clean, bright, cheerful, lots of activities, rooms are a good size.

I was having trouble with my long term insurance company and [name removed], the Executive Director and [name removed], the financial manger bent over backwards and went way beyond the call of duty to help me out. I can not thank them enough. The entire staff has been more than nice to me since I moved in at the beginning of the year. I would recommend The Barrington to anyone!

New facility with several room options. Friendly and helpful staff.

I like what I see so far.

My wife and I visited this facility with my inlaws. We were very happy with the overall appearance, amenities, price, activities and staff. The rooms are very spacious and homey. A true metric of the success of this location is the friendliness of the occupants. The energy and vibe is overall positive. We were also invited for lunch which pretty much solidified our stance on this location.

My brother is doing great here and he’s happy with the place. The staff is treating him awfully nice and they tell me anytime there’s any sort of update with him. They also help him get to and from doctors’ appointments. He has his own car there, though, so he’s able to come and go as he pleases. I had lunch with him and the food they served was great. He’s told me he likes it and he can pick whatever he wants to eat. The price he pays in rent includes 2 meals a day, though a third meal is available for an additional charge. They have a gym, a pool, and a few activities for the residents to keep them busy. It’s nice and very clean and it’s kept up with well. I’m glad we found The Barrington, it’s one of the better places we’ve seen and he really seems to be doing well.

I was hesitant about touring a community in fort pierce, however we were greeted after an unannounced tour with a smile. The smell and feel of the community was warm and inviting. My wife and I heard loud noises from upstairs and decided to be nosey, to our surprise there were smiling seniors doing excercise. We were taken by the front desk girl to a meeting area and a sales person came right away. In the middle of our conversation the director came in and greeted us and joined in. I will say I was impressed with her honest answers. We hadn't experienced that in our other tours. She had my wife in tears when she very candidly stated we are small will make mistakes but our foundation is built on family and there's nothing we can not fix or work through together. Nonetheless we moved in before the hurricane. I can't say enough great things about this place. The director was so visible during the storm, she answered all questions and calmed staff and family. She looked rough but smiled. Keep up the great work forest park.

This was a nice tour for the care for my mom. We liked the staff and the environment of this community. The environment was nice and the menu is appealing. The activities would have been good for my mom to participate and stay active. We wanted something with a small layout. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I had a good tour of this community.I toured it for my mother, and her needs. The tour went well, and everyone was kind. From what I saw the community looked nice, and clean. The staff was friendly, and polite. It was a nice experience, but unfortunately we decided on another care option for my mother, and her needs.

The Barrington would have been our 1st choice but it was too far from the skilled nursing care where my mother is. In fact, my father's mother was one of The Barrington's first residences when they first opened their doors so my father was very familiar with the Barrington.

The staff are helpful and take pride in caring for the residents. This is a larger community, however there is a great level of care. This community is gorgeous and has a great atmosphere. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. The community is in a quiet area off the beaten path. This community is centrally located close to different stores and other places. I have no complaints and I would recommend this community.

The staff have been helpful and attentive. When mom moved from independent living to assisted living the staff completed the move for her. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. I am very happy with how everything is going so far for my self at this community. The staff have all been very welcoming and friendly as well as all of the residents. The food and activities have been a great bonus that I get to enjoy as well. I would defiantly recommend this place.

This community was pretty nice. I liked it a lot. The staff was very friendly and super nice to us. The community was clean and it seemed like a very nice place to be. My only hold back was that it was so far from me.

My father was in a horrible place mentally and physically when he first arrived to the facility. The staff has worked with him in just about every area and he has improved so much we are moving him from assisted living to independent living in a villa. Our family lives out of state. The staff has gone above and beyond was I ever imagined or expected. I can not say enough positive about Lake Forest Park and the entire staff from office to nursing to administration to dining (which is delicious) to maintenance.

This community did not feel like an assisted living center. It felt very clean, up to date. The apartment I viewed was very light-filled and had tall enough ceilings to feel open. The services were a very good value. We can't make a decision right now but I think this one is at the top of the list if we stay in Melbourne.
