Our experience with Classic Home Care was a very good one, overall! I would definitely recommend them! The administrative staff was helpful and good with follow-up, and the aide they sent did an excellent job with the care.

We really liked all of the care givers that came out to help our loved one. Our loved one does not require as much care and the one thing that I wished was that there was a difference in the rate so that if there is not as much being done there is a lower price instead of the high rates that are required. We were in a bind and there was a time crunch and they responded and helped us out but it would have been nicer to have a lower rate.

I've had a great experience with the caregivers and owner at Classic Home Care. If you want reliable, affordable, and quality care, this is the place.

Working with Classic Home Care has been a great experience for both my siblings and our parents. The main office personnel are always very responsive to any questions or updates. The home care provider has been wonderful with my parents and keeps us up-to-date on their wellbeing. She has developed a good relationship with both parents and she has helped tremendously with taking some of the load off my parents shoulders. My siblings and I feel very comfortable with her looking after my parents when we cannot.

[Name removed] at classic Home Care LLC was so helpful. My Mom needed in home care and helped me with obtaining the funding through the VA with a contact that he had. One we had it all set up, it was smooth sailing!

I used Classic Home Care, LLC to take care of my brother who was in need of 24 hr. care in 2017. He lived in Hollywood, Florida and was bedridden and on oxygen. Hospice was also involved and took care of his medical needs. I was very happy with the care given by Classic Home Care even in the midst of hurricane Irma. His caregiver did not leave his side until he was safely evacuated. She then went to be with her own family. Her dedication was above and beyond what I would have expected. Having CHC enabled my brother to live his final months in his home rather than elsewhere. This was his wish and I was able to honor that wish because of CHC.

Classic was very prompt and efficient in their initial setup for in-house care for my spouse. Their assigned caregiver “[name removed]” was very good and was very knowledgeable. She was kind, understanding, and my spouse seemed to feel comfortable with her. If I need future support I’d ask Classic to provide [name removed] again, she was great. Only issue was the billing system, they use, was a bit delayed and didn’t match amounts due, because of check cashing delays.

I found Classic HomeCare to be a professional care provider; attentive, responsive and timely with all inquiries, needs and correspondence from the start and throughout their service. The care providers were personable, kind, and eager to befriend and help my mom. The combination of positive administration and caregivers provided both support and peace of mind. Thank you!

When looking for home care assistance for my Mother, Classic Home Care immediately responded to my request and got us started within 24 hours. After a few weeks it was evident that our caregiver was not a good fit for us. After reporting this to Classic Home Care, [name removed] and his office staff quickly found us a new caregiver and she has worked out wonderfully.

The service from the caregiver from Classic Home Care was good, but it was a hard adjustment for my mother. She was not comfortable with a stranger being in her home so we had to discontinue services, but as far as the caregiver I feel that she did an okay job.

The facility we chose was just opening, so it is difficult to comment. It was a beautiful facility but at start up minimal staff. My friend only spent a week there before needing g hospice.

Being that I have never had to do this and that we needed something in a hurry I may not have asked all the appropriate questions but based on what I had heard from the interview I had been impressed. The owner had to hire a caretaker quickly that would suit my parent's needs and it hasn't been the best matchup. I don't live in the area so I haven't experienced anything that my mom says is going on but from what she says this caretaker isn't following any of the specific things I have left on the detailed list. The communication between myself and the owner of the agency was okay. From what my mom says the caretaker is on her phone instead of doing things that need to be done. I have given this agency and the caretaker the benefit of the doubt and if things don't change quickly for the better we will no longer be using this service my parents deserve better treatment than what they are paying for.

My dad was pleased with the care, but in the end it did not work out. They sent out 2 workers who took other jobs and so they had no staff to fill the role. The manager said he could not find anyone who wanted to work with a small dog. We also pre-paid for weekly care, and at the end of the day we were supposed to settle up and my phone calls were never returned, and I still have not seen that money that I am owed. I would not recommend based off of our experience with them.

It wasn't that great, I wouldn't give them a very high recommendation. The gentleman that runs it is new at this kind of work. There were details left out. His people didn't drive cars, so you had to supply a car for them. I felt they were very unprofessional. They tried to go around me to work with another family member, just really all around not pleased.
