Everyone is good except the Executive Director. I was really disappointed due to a loved one leaving the community without the staff knowing. The executive director told us that we had to move our loved one in a short amount of time over the weekend. I feel the director was rude and non-compassionate, especially since the incident happened over the weekend. The community isn't a secured community for loved ones.

We are very happy here. The community is well run. The residents are able to engage with others. I've recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There are entertainment, games, bingo, transportation to the grocery stores, and trips around town are available for the residents.

The friendliness of the staff members and their care services would be higher than 5 stars. The meals and dining service was not perfect but overall it was not bad.

Everyone here is extremely nice, and oh my goodness the cleanliness of the community is exceptional. My room is spotless all the time I can't get over it. They are struggling with the meals and dining service a little bit, but it is not their fault I do know that the supplies are on back order, but it is not serious at all. There are a lot of activities here, we have a wonderful yoga teacher. The grounds here re beautiful, I walk around the lake. It is a beautiful area, plenty of walking space. The only thing I hope that stays is the independent, there are some people here that need a little more assistance, but I like they advertise that it stays independent living.

The staff and the management is very easy to talk and they have a very friendly and caring environment. The food is good and there are lots of activities available. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose The Bridge because they offered a whirlpool bath which my mother loved and she was able to get a shared room so it was more affordable. They share a bathroom but she does have her own room. They also offered her her covid shots even before we moved in which was very nice of them. The staff members here are very friendly and welcoming. They do have a large variety of food on the menu and mom loves it. I am very happy with our choice and would recommend to others.

I would suggest you look into the community if you can afford it. They all are very interactive and each one of the staff knows what everyone else is doing. The communication is very good between staff members.

Our family had such a wonderful experience with the Bridge, the staff members were all super. Shortly after our loved one moved in, she had a big decline and everyone jumped in immediately to take care of her and do everything possible. The helped us put her on hospice and were with her until her last day, they just did a wonderful job. The Bridge met all of our requirements and it worked out perfectly.

We chose Garden Plaza at the time because they had availability and they were willing to take him in and care for him. He started out in independent living and quickly moved over to assisted living. The staff members were there to really protect my father and they did a great job at it, I felt safe having him here. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

WE chose The Bridge because of the location, I thought the facility itself was above and beyond every other place I looked at in the greater Nashville area, and also they were willing to take my mom who had severe dementia under circumstances that they worked out so medicare could supplement it well. I would give the staff many kudos for that situation. I think they did a good job with their covid monitoring and care, it was fairly strict in terms of visiting. They made the best of a bad situation and as far as I know there did not have 1 infected resident. I would recommend to others looking.

I was impressed with how friendly, open, and available the staff always were. The assistant executive director was very personable from the very beginning. She was accessible at any time. I was so pleased with the care my loved one received, and I have raved about The Bridge to many people who might need their services in the future. I was very happy with the decision, and I never had a doubt after we made that final decision. Each time I went there, the staff always asked about my loved one. And half the time I didn't even know them, but they definitely knew my father. One thing I was concerned about was him being alone, and he was never alone. When I would walk down the hallways, someone would always say, "Hey, tell your dad I'm coming to visit him later on!" My dad said the food was great, and he raved about the cafeteria staff. The first day he moved in - and I didn't realize this until a few days later - the assistant executive director heard him say he was hungry and wheeled him right to the dining room to get something to eat and introduced him to all the staff there.

They did a good job while our loved one was there and it was very clean. The staff members were good, and while the food was not excellent overall it was pretty good. Our loved one was not able to participate in the activities but they seemed good. We thought the value was right where it needed to be compared to other communities in the area.

We chose The Bridge at Columbia because we just felt like this one was going to be the best fit and it was close to our home. It is a pet friendly facility (as long as you are able to take care of it) so he could take his dog. The staff members when we toured were very friendly. They do send us updates through newsletters and answer calls promptly so communication is good. They try to keep them busy and offer a lot of activities for the residents to stay active. They are now allowing family to go inside and visit which has been very nice. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend them to others looking.

Have had a loved one at The Bridge at Ocala for several years. The facility is clean and beautifully maintained. The staff are caring, patient, friendly, and competent people. I know that my dad is safe and well cared for. I trust[name removed] and her team to always answer my requests and questions. She is excellent at keeping us informed especially during this pandemic. If you need assisted living resources I believe this is the best in Ocala.

The staff were very friendly, it was a good layout and it was clean, and they decorate nicely for the holidays. It feels homey, but covid threw a wrench into things for her. Overall I would still highly them to others recommend Cherr Creek to others.

I think it is a great community. I have referred several people to this community. The community has transportation within 15 miles radius of the community. Evening concerts outside, and holiday events are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. They are very clean and the residents have already received their vaccines. Residents are allowed to have a car as long as you have current insurance and registration. You are able to have pet as long as you can care for the animal. The food and snacks have variety which is all taken care of in the price of rent. The Bridge is able to take care of dietary restrictions. The community is very hands on; monthly newsletter, and other great communication.

They do offer plenty of activities, and I like participating in certain ones. I really like the location and my apartment and just over enjoy being here. I like the routine of life at this community and it is just very comfortable.

Everything has just been so perfect with the Mayfair Village community we could not ask for anything better.

They took good care of my loved one. The residents are well taken care of. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

My parents really liked this place, good food, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. After mom passed away the staff was very compassionate. They spent every day talking and listening to dad as he was greiving.
