I would tell others how attentive they are to residents, and how patient & kind they are. It's like a home environment with a circle of friends. Communication is very good between the community and our family. In fact, they picked up on my moms sickness last week and they made sure to contact me and let me know what hospital they were taking her to. They are very communicative and they keep me informed every step of the way. Although I'm there frequently, they make sure to keep me updated when I'm not around. I would absolutely recommend The Bridge at Orlando to others.

We visited several facilities, and The Garden Plaza at Cleveland was the best we saw. We're very happy with our choice and have had a good experience so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My mother can be particular about the food but is warming up to it. The facility physically is very nice as well, especially if you're a more active senior.

The staff members get 10 stars they are extremely friendly. I really enjoy my apartment it is gorgeous and so nice. I really enjoy all the different activities especially enjoy and bingo an taking advantage of the pool. The house keepers are fantastic and such a big plus. The meals and dining service is little to be desire - we aren't sure if it has to do with supply chain but it could definitely be improved. I would recommend this community to other families and have already recommend it to others. We get great value or the money.

My mother was a resident of Mayfair Village for 10 years, until passing away recently. I can not say enough good things about this facility. My mother was more than a resident, she was a member of the Mayfair family and they treated her as such. Mayfair was always great with communication if there were any concerns with my mom and they treated me as family as well. The staff is compassionate and extremely dedicated, I rarely saw “new faces” as far as the staff. When my mother passed the staff was shaken as if they lost a family member as well, which in actuality they did. If you’re looking for a facility for your loved one to be safe, cared for and loved, look no further than Mayfair Village. There will always be a place in my heart for Mayfair, I owe them more than words can express. Thank you for 10 years of comfort, care and love.

This was a beautiful community, and it made you feel like you were in a town. This was more than we wanted to spend monthly. They had an indoor pool withy family access to activities.

My mom and I both love The Bridge at Charleston. She loves the food and has even gained a little weight, which means she’s doing good there. They have raised the prices, but on the outside I’ve noticed that inflation is something we are facing right now. I explained that to my mom and I understand that as well. The staff are like my family. I love each and every one of them because they've gone above and beyond to provide a level of comfort for my mom and that really means a lot. Considering where she came from, I just love them to pieces here. They’ve done everything they’ve needed to do, in order to get my mom to a good space; and because of that I am forever loyal to them. If another family member of ours needs a place, they will be here. I’ve told friends at work and family that I am very pleased and I’d recommend them to go. I’ve recommended that every one of my loved ones should come and check them out. I really appreciate how hospitable they are and how genuinely concerned they are about providing for my mom. They do an amazing job of keeping in touch with our family. There’s never an “I don’t know” moment because they communicate with us so well. I wish I’d known about The Bridge prior to moving her in the previous community. They have earned our trust and everyone should know about them because you will not be dissatisfied. Again, I am very happy!

This is a great place for my loved one and she is happy and we are happy. The staff are good.

It was very hard and emotional to move my mother out of her home. The staff at the Bridge were wonderful in helping with her transition. It’s very comforting to know my mom has someone to check on her through out the day and help with her needs.

I love living here at the Remington Heights it is such a wonderful place. The staff members here are exceptionally friendly, they know all of our names and are always greeting the visitors. I really like the meals and dining service, all the food is great. They have a ton of activities going on all day long, there is different board games, bingo and bridge which I love most. The community is very very clean and well managed. I cannot image a better place

This is a great place and you should check it out. I would for sure recommend and the price is right. There are a lot of activities and the location is great. It has everything that you could want and need and everyone is taken care of well. I would for sure check this community out. We know lots of people who have went here for retirement and now our loved one is here also.

I am so happy at this community. This is an answer to my prayers and I could not be happier. I have had a wonderful experience, the community, the staff, the activities everything is great. What I personally wanted I found at this community for sure. This community nailed it for me and I can not say enough about them. They have activities like card games, bible study, outings, a walk around the community and more for the residents to do. They have several levels of work out classes, billiards, drumming, card games , men and women activities and more for the residents to do. They also have a chapel and they have church on Sundays in the chapel.

My grandmother loves her new community. She’s met friends, is very active in playing cards, exercise, and going to meals. She has her independence while getting help with meals, cleaning, and safety nets exist.

I live with my mom at The Bridge at Ooltewah. mom has lived here since [date removed]. we love being part of the community there. there is never a dull moment and it is a loving and caring community. there are lots of things to do and much musical entertainment and the food is good.

Our loved one had an in person tour and it was a great experience but the location was just to far away.

We've been very pleased. The staff have been extremely helpful. Our loved one had a few problems adjusting in the beginning, and they really worked with her and went above and beyond. The facility is also very nice and comfortable.

They are very helpful at this community and do everything that they can to meet the needs of my loved one. They have activities like work outs, book clubs, religious services and more for the residents to do. They have afternoon movies, bingo and more but my loved one has not taken advantage of anything just yet. They have about six activities a day. This is a secure and cozy place and it is worth it.

The community did as much as they could for my loved one. My loved one was moved into the community from a rehab community, this community evaluated my loved one as assisted living. The stay for my loved one was short. The community was able to work with hospice. They did take very good care of my loved one during the stay.
