I am the caregiver for my best friend's wife. My friend died in February, 2021. We were able to get his wife into McClellan Senior Living a year ago and I am very, very happy with the care she is given. I could not ask for better caregivers. They really care for their residents and take good care of them. [name removed] is a great team leader and also a great team player. They all work together for the good of their residents. If I need assisted living, I will definitely be going to McClellan Senior Living. If I could, I would give activities six (6) stars.

My mom has been there for four years and it truly is “home” to her. The staff treat her as if she was their mother or loved one. Her quality of life is so much better due to the interaction with the other residents and is much healthier for her than living alone.

The Gardens of Hazel Green staff go above and beyond to accommodate my dad and his preferences. They are always looking for ways to encourage all residents and family members to participate and use their gifts. Because it's a small facility everyone knows everyone else and it seems like family. Its also just undergone a renovation and is bright and fresh. We especially love that it's in the community where he lived and where his friends are. It's so much easier for friends and family to spend time with dad. We are thankful he is safe and cared for so well.

It is a small size of facility.. but it is Good place to live who needs some assistance when we get toward to advanced age. The facility staff is g ood and caring. It is out of main street. This place is quiet, has a good connection with a nature.

Our loved one, even though she is in a wheelchair, had been living independently for several years. Until the pandemic, Covid. Which contributed to several other health issues. We had to make the decision that loved ones dread. Finding another place for her to live without her giving up all of her independence. That’s when we found McClellan Assisted Living. Even though things get a little crazy every now & then, we couldn’t have found a better place. [names removed] seem to go above & beyond of what we had even expected. They are involved with the residents lives & genuinely care. Our loved one looks forward to the weekly beauty shop appointment that is on premises. Even though she chooses not to participate much, a variety of activities is offered plus outings. Everyone enjoys Elvis! She enjoys celebrating every holiday even her birthday. They make everything special. The entire staff helps assist her when needed. We feel comfortable with our loved one in their hands.

About five years ago I found myself in a situation that we ALL will eventually find ourselves. How do we help those we love to continue to be safe, live as well as possible and meet all their needs. This was my situation with my friend, Sharon. That is what brought us to that day that we came and toured this beautiful facility of McClellan Senior Living. [Name removed] took us to the dining room for lunch. We were finishing our lunch when several residents came over and began to speak to Sharon. Inviting her to come see their apartments. Giving her suggestions on how to best set up her furniture. She truly lit up. She felt welcomed. [Name removed] gave us the tour and introduced us to staff and other residents. [Name removed]'s humor and warm personality made this an easy decision for us. This was the place for Sharon. I am thankful for the excellent level of care that Sharon has received as a resident of McClellan Senior Living. Thank you.

My father has been a resident at McClellan Senior Living since April. From day one the staff has been wonderful with my dad and also with working with me. [Name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are all one of a kind. If I missed anyone it was not intentional because everyone has been very kind and always professional. If you are looking for a place to call home for your loved one then McClellan Senior Living is the place for them to go to. They hold events monthly, play Bingo on a weekly basis. They would feel like a part of the family there

I have been living here for right at a year now. They take good care of me and see that I have everything I need. I am comfortable with my caregivers here. The food is excellent. While I don't take part in many activities, it is nice to have so much available. I really feel like everybody cares about me. I am treated really good and would not move to another facility.

Both of my parents have lived here for 13 months now, and I cannot say enough GOOD things about McClellan Senior Living! EVERY staff member makes EVERY resident feel so very special and loved. They plan special, fun, and meaningful programs/events/games, etc. for them DAILY and ALWAYs take photos and keep family members abreast of all that is happening, informing and inviting us to take part as well. I have absolutely NO DOUBTS that God led me to this great place for my parents to be lovingly cared for, and to relax and enjoy their remaining golden years with folks who they, AND I, now think of as part of our family! As a daughter who lives 2 hours away, there is no greater blessing than knowing with certainty that my parents are being taken care of in EVERY detail of their lives. I thank God for this great staff who see this as their calling, their ministry and not just a job. I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE!!

Gardens of Pelham is a beautiful and clean place. The atmosphere is right. The staff and workers work as a team to love and care for the residents. Great meals are served, snacks and drinks are available day and night. Gardens of Pelham is a great place for your loved ones to live and be loved by those that care for them.

Please read this if you are looking for high quality care. Both my parents live at McClellan Senior Living and I could not be more pleased. I am an only child and live out of state so open communication is very important. They keep me informed and offer much needed guidance. I visited many other senior living facilities and I made the right choice. [name removed] (director) and [name removed] are knowledgeable and remain available and offer priceless advice. I sleep well knowing Mom and Dad are well cared for each day.

My recent visit to the Gardens of Pelham was pleasant! The Administrator was on site and was very thorough in the representation of her center and accurate! Would recommend the center to anyone I know.

When my father passed away a year ago, we knew my mother would need help that we could not provide. We met with [name removed] (Director), and she put my mind at ease. Every detail that was discussed that day has been followed. I believe my mother now has a chance to thrive rather than just exist. Also, these days it is very difficult to find/hire good employees and in their field even more so. The staff that [name removed] has assembled checks that box. Everyone there is very patient and caring for all residents. I would recommend the Gardens of Hazel Green to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

The event was very nice. All the Veterans were recognized. My husband was a cadet coin, certificate and pin. The food was good. The speaker was very good . Event was open to family and friends to attend.

Wonderful food, wonderful games, wonderful company! The staff worked so hard to make the festival fabulous! The games were more than fair and I believe that all the residents had a great time and enjoyed themselves tremendously. I have never had a better time since arriving seven months!

The Gardens of Pelham has a wonderful administrator who goes above and beyond for their residents. She brings community resources into her community to assist the residents in whatever they may need.

Good place for my mother. They have excellent caring individuals who do their best at all times. Any problems she has had, have been dealt with good care. As her needs changes they accommodate to the best of their ability and experience.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Someone comes in daily to take the trash and light house keeping weekly. Move in day was easy. My sister lives closest to the facility and she says the communication is easy, and they will let us know quickly if anything is wrong. My dad loves the meals and enjoys eating with others and has made friends. We would definitely recommend this place to other families.

I think everyone is so kind and helpful the staff is so considerate and always listens.
