My long time church friend currently lives at the Limestone Lodge and she is very happy there. Every time we come to visit, the Lodge is clean and orderly. She is happy and brags on the food there often.

Stopped in last week to visit with an old high school friend who I haven’t seen in years. She looked phenomenal and loves the community. It’s a pretty big place but I was greeted by every staff member while I was there visiting. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this community if you are looking for a place for your loved one!

Recently visited with my aunt for the holidays. I was so surprised at how “at home” it felt! The staff are warm and welcoming and everyone seemed excited about Christmas. I don’t think we could ask for a better place for my Aunt! I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a smaller community where individuals truly seem matter!

I stopped by to surprise my sister last week. I haven’t been back to Alabama in almost a year. Lucky for me it was the day of their Christmas dinner! We had a great visit and a great meal. The staff was amazing and all of the residents are loved and happy!!!

My mom has been a resident for over 6 years. This facility enhances both of our lives, 24 hr care can be life changing. My mom calls this home, she is still going out with family but always wants to go back. The staff is great. They give care above and beyond in a loving caring fashion. When procedures have been required, they step up with extra attention and care. They are attentive to the residents and their sponsors. The is a great facility for your loved one.

My grandmother has been at Silver Comet for about a month now. I am glad that she now lives close to me and close to where I work. I am able to see her more. The staff at Silver Comet Village are always nice and my grandmother is adjusting well to the change. My grandmother is in memory care at Silver Comet Village. Me and my family love how the care staff loves on the residents and how Silver Comet Village has gone the extra mile to ensure the safety of the residents.

I moved into independent living at Silver Comet Village at the end of July and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I called into the community and spoke with sales director. I explained that I did not have a way to come over and tour the community. He offered to come to my house in Dallas, GA and pick me up to tour the community. We then set a date that he would pick me up. When I toured the community it was beautiful and was very clean. The sales manager made me feel like I was family and I decided that I was going to do what I had to do to move in. Now I have friends and I do not have to eat alone. I am also able to get on their bus and go out for outings. I would say that if you want to live like you are on vacation all year round you need to move into Silver Comet Village.

Staff was friendly and helpful, food was good, lots of activities. We felt our daughter was in a good place. We would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The Garden of Clanton is the most amazing place if you have someone that needs to be in an assisted living facility. They go above and beyond to make them all feel so special. I enjoy to help with events.

I toured the memory support community with the Sales Manager and i met the Wellness Director. From the moment you enter through the front door you were greeted and asked how could they help you. The complex is very well maintained. I happen to be there when dinner was served and is smelled so delicious. I met the memory support staff during the tour. The security there was good. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The activities offered were numerous. My mother did become a resident and she has participated in those activities. I received a video of her dancing while Elvis was singing. The medical staff are in contact with me and advise me of any issues or concerns. I believe that we were sent there from the Lord. Mom has made friends and is having a wonderful time. I have recommended Silver Comet Village to several people.

I made a phone call looking for am independent living community for myself. I did not think that I was going to be able to move because I am all alone with no family around. I also had no one to help to me move. I spoke with the sales and marketing director at the community. He helped me to find a real estate agent to list my house. Not only did he know the perfect real estate agent, but my real restate agent and his wife help me move in to Silver Comet Village. After moving into Silver Comet Village my life has gotten allot better. I have made several friends and was able to find a few new hobbies. Not to mention the meals are good!

We asked our 8 children "What do we need to do to age well". They said "move close to us and into an independent care (with options for more care as needed) before you think you need to". It was a very hard thing to hear. But in the end it was a fantastic decision for us. More time to visit with family and friends, and also pursue hobbies. Now we do not have to do yard work and household chores. We are spoiled already! I would rate SCV a 10 for how they look after us!

We were home for the holidays and visited with a family member who currently lives in the community. The community was clean and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We were greeted with smiles from the time we walked in. Our family member had nothing but good things to tell us about living here. She certainly seems more vibrant and social since moving in and we couldn’t be happier to see her doing so well.

My mom has been at The Gardens for a while now. She is content and happy to be there. She loves her room. Her caregivers are patient, loving and always let me know how she is doing. She loves [removed name] who is always ready to spend an extra minute with her. I trust that my mother is cared for and watched after all the time.

The administrator Jessica does everything she can to make sure the residents are safe and happy and healthy. The activities director [removed name] is wonderful at getting residents involved and including family and the community. Many of the staff are very helpful and compassionate.

We moved our mom to Limestone Lodge 2 1/2 years ago after she had lived alone several years. She went from lonely to happy again and it was amazing to see her transformation. [name removed] cares about the residents like they’re her own parents. Mom says these last couple of years have been some of the best of her life. We’re thankful for her lodge family every day and the joy they have given back to her life.

Choosing a place for your mother isn’t easy, but we have been so blessed by this assisted living community. They treat my mama like family and always show her love, patience, and respect. The staff goes above and beyond, and it brings our family so much peace knowing she’s well cared for. We are truly thankful for each and every one of them.

The Gardens was a lovely facility that had very welcoming staff and good size rooms. The residents looked happy playing bingo while I was walking around with their administrator. I hope to be able to put my loved one in the facility soon.

We have had our loved one at McClellan for over 3 years. She is so well cared for and wants for nothing. She is loved as are all of the residents there. McClellan is simply the best. I can not recommend them highly enough!!! When visiting you ALWAYS hear kind words or small gestures of caring.
