I love the facility and staff. I will definitely use them again. The facility is only a few years old and was actually cheaper then the others that were recommended. The administration staff are very easy to reach and will take the time and answer any questions. I also spoke to some of the residents while I was there. They seemed to be very satisfied with the place.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Gardens of Eufaula today. The residents were celebrating National Assisted Living week with staff and family. All the residents were happy and the facility was beautiful. I would recommend this community to anyone considering assisted living for their loved one.

I was pleasantly surprised at my mom’s settling in and contentment at Silver Lakes. She was not happy in leaving her home but the kindness of the staff, the delicious meals as well as the top notch care helped her as well as being surrounded by her own things. I have been so pleased with the experience so far. Aside from a 2 week Covid lockdown which I understand, the last 3 months would have been perfect. Unfortunately for mom a two week lockdown has set her back quite a bit. Hoping being back with friends and visits will get her back to where she was when she arrived at Silver Lakes.

Overall he enjoys the experience. He has been approved for VA, but he wants to stay there. For the meals, as with everywhere, cooking staff no shows. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families, they have been great communicators with me concerning my dad.

My parents first moved into a two bedroom with an office. Very large and comfortable. After my mom passed away my dad moved into a one bedroom. Rooms are good size except for living room...no room for a couch. He likes the food...large variety. Staff very friendly. They go on field trips, programs come in, movie night, games, salon( kind of expensive) and a good place to walk.

The staff are very helpful to point you in the right direction if they can't immediately answer questions. The concierge is on call 24 hrs a day. The maintenance staff have been incredibly helpful when her phone, tv, or computer has gone out... it's not their job to fix those things) Her apartment is set up with all new equipment (stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, laundry, large pantry, and a nice veranda. My stepmom is in the Independent Living Area, and her building is like a very nice hotel/condo complex.)

This is the top of the line in assisted living. Silver Lakes had the most caring staff around. The people living in Silver Lakes are so happy and it shows in everything.

We are very pleased with the quality of care. Like any long term care facility the family needs to be involved in monitoring their loved one's care. They should visit often. We would recommend the Gardens of Pelham community to other families based on the experience we have had.

My dad entered Silver Lakes Senior Living respite care following surgery and inpatient rehab at UAB. I believe he was the first respite patient at this community. The staff was wonderful! This was the best option for him before transitioning back to his home. [name removed]/A Place for Mom was tremendously helpful and so genuinely kind to me as our family sought information for our dad’s care. Highly recommend A Place for Mom!

I’m very thankful for the care and attention my dad is getting. Everyone is always so concerned, kind and caring. My dad is getting quality care 24/7 which has helped him feel better and he has adjusted well.

We have loved all interaction we have had here. The employees are all So great & accomodating. They truely care about the residents.

The energy you feel from the workers and residents is amazing. So many cities. Constant interaction with mom.

Honestly the staff & facility get above a 5.. they are the best and I'm so happy my mother is treated so well. They are like a big family and my mother and I say all the time how glad we are she picked Silverlakes, they are a true blessing

I’m the pastor of FBC Glencoe and have been a part of a Sunday afternoon ministry there for some time. I’ve seen firsthand the tremendous amount of care and concern given to the residents of Silver Lakes. A member of my church who has lived there for several years has also spoken so highly of the transformation that has taken place. Another member of our congregation absolutely enjoys the genuine sense of community she experiences at Silver Lakes Senior Living. I commend everyone for their role in making Silver Lakes a place I’d recommend to anyone.

I am here at the Silver Lakes Senior Living facility Glencoe, Alabama. This is a beautiful facility with experienced compassionate staff members who care about their residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one in need of assistance during their senior years.

The facility is very nice and clean. You can see when you first drive up that everything is very nice and well kept. The staff and everyone in the facility is very nice and they are all welcoming. Everything is very nice.

I give this place a 10/10! From the friendly staff, to the beautiful facility, you could not go wrong with considering this place for your loved ones. They will definitely be in good hands! The location is also perfect!
