It's been good so far. I would recommend to others. We've only been there a short period of time, so I don't have a lot of feedback back.

My Mom is here currently and so far things have been okay. It took a couple of weeks, but the facility was able to get a bigger bed for her than the one that was originally provided. That was the only thing that really annoyed me. Other than that, the staff is always very nice and courteous to me. In many ways, we wish there was more staff available. Sometimes they don’t have enough time to sit with her and spend time with her. They don’t get paid a lot either, so that may be why there aren’t many of them available to visit with her. A real big thing for us was that in their policy, the resident, or someone from the family, has to request pain medicine. My Mom doesn’t like feeling like she’s getting in the way, so she won’t usually ask for the medicine until it’s too late. I was able to talk with hospice about giving her the pain medicine without her asking and now she’s feeling a bit more comfortable. It took 3 weeks, but we got it resolved and they’ve been as helpful as possible since. The food is healthy and decent but she doesn’t always like it. However, we can bring in food from outside or have it delivered and they’re more than happy to help feed her the food even if she didn’t get it from them. Overall, I think they’re doing a good job.

We did go and visit Carol Ann's Home. The staff was very friendly and it was a clean home. We were looking for a brighter more open facility for our loved one. This one seemed a little too institutional for what we were looking for.

My mother and I have recently taken a tour of this community and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them. The home was a smaller setting and did not have that many residents living in it. I liked that everything was clean and nicely presented by the staff. I would recommend it to anyone interested.

We liked the home-like, peaceful setting. We felt my parents would need more activity.

Large home for up to 15. Mix of men and women. Large property, lots of birds. Good medication security and bedside care if needed

This is a Memory Care home for ambulatory ladies who are gentle and with no tendency to elope.

Price, location; feel like they could improve on activities for residents, a couple of times i saw workers sitting around on their phone when they could have been associating with residents

It is a nice home, but it did not have much of a back yard and the front yard has a steep incline.

My sister stayed here for the duration of 4 1/2 day's she had stage 4 cancer .This home is not for person's like my sister. I dont know what is the requirement for taking care of elderly persons but for someone who has to take morphin it was a nightmare .We had to remind them of the times for her morphin no one knew what to do with the dosages too there was no communication between staff we took care of my sister day and night she would vomit every time she took the medication and had to be cleaned up .We paid for 4 1/2 days of having to provide everything for her even the A/C vents were closed to the rooms .I dont recomend this place .For anyone be it old or sick.They are not trained personnel from what I saw so like they say enter at your own risk......... My sister passed away on the 25 of October asking to be taken out of that place.
