Care Senior Management

This was the worst place ever for my mom's memory care and even worse they kept raising the price for "extra care" up to $[removed] a month without Ever providing any care what so ever. I bought 2 full bed mattresses for her during an 18-month period. Both were completely soaked with urine and had to be destroyed. During the pandemic I was not allowed in to see her so I had no idea she was not being cared for. She ended up in ER with a UTI and she was filthy...her hair was matted and they told me her mattress needed destroying from urine. They told me she said No... when they asked her if she wanted a shower. So they just left it at that...in the memory care unit that i was paying $[removed] a month for !!! She has severe dementia. They left her on her own with no care because she said no, thanks. Do not trust your loved ones to this place!!!

This place is poorly run. The staff is stuffy and unprofessional. They work against residence not with. They are not capable of handling aging people with mental decline. They just upgrade the residence condition until they get ALL your money and hope families will not notice.

Worst place to take Mom. Fake management and they only care about "PAYDAY", if you can find someone around who hasn't called in sick, get a lottery ticket and you have a better chance of winning. They are being investigated by State and local enforcement, be careful and watch the one you love because they won't......
