From the first time that I walked in I loved it. I find it that it’s the perfect place for my mother. I found out that she is a lot calmer now being there and everybody seems to love her. It’s been a good experience. The facility is beautiful, it’s clean, well kept, there is no odor, and it’s relatively a brand new facility (about a year old). The staff team is also very attentive toward my mother and they are interested in the details regarding her and her health. She gets along with the people there. Overall, it’s clean, nice, and friendly. I recommend.

The property is beautiful. The 2 bedroom 2 bath independent living apartment I looked at for my mother had a full kitchen and lots of closet space. A real plus compared to other properties.

This was a lovely facility but it was farther away and more difficult drive for me. They did share the most delicious carrot cake muffins.

I have lived in Somerby for over 5 years. My husband and I are both very active in the Somerby community. There are clubs and activities available offering a wide variety of interest. There are several exercise classes available to keep your body strong and healthy. There are bible studies, lots of socializing and many interesting people from a variety of different areas of the country.

February 13, 2016, proved to be a sad day for my dad. He lost the love of his life, my mom, after 66 years of wedding bliss. He was lost without her! After 6 months we saw that dad needed to be with people. We moved him into Independent living and his life took on new meaning! He loves his neighbors, the administration, and staff.

We toured this community for my mom's care. We liked the staff who were friendly and caring. The community appearing to have a good feeling.We would recommend this community for families to tour

Great facility. The workers here are exceptional. I receive very good service. I have no complaints.

Comfortable, safe facility, capable and caring staff, nurses, and CNAs and serving staff. I here is a wide choice of foods and one can always find something good. Activities provided frequently varied and offer something that everyone can enjoy.

Fabulous place, food and people. Very nice to have so many fellow veterans around too.

The only thing better than this 5 star facility is the 5 star employees who make this facility a 5 star community.

After much research, I chose Somerby late summer – 2014 and I am very pleased with my choice. I moved from a large house so it has been an adjustment. I love the staff! The food could be better - other than that, I’ll mark great.

When I looked for a home for my mom when she moved from Maryland to all – the two most important criteria were safety and great care. At Somerby we have found both. My mother is very happy. I rest easy knowing she is well cared for. The fact that Somerby is a new and beautiful sunny building is the king on the cake. Highly recommend!

I work with seniors and have worked at several communities in the area. After visiting this community I am pleased that the employees and building are among the best. Everyone I met was smiling and very friendly. Such a large beautiful and clean building!

Such a pleasant experience to visit Somerby Sandy Springs – even from the moment I first stepped into the lobby area. The high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and soft palette of colors gave me a sense of well-being. Every staff member that we came in contact during our tour, greeted us warmly. There genuinely seems to be a sense of pride among the employees. All of the dining and many social gathering areas are so welcoming! The units are spacious, extremely well designed, tons of natural light and nicely appointed kitchens and baths.

My mother is moving into one of the villas at Summer Village at Camilla Place. The villa is brand new. She is so excited about the kitchen and the bathroom, both of which are very roomy. The meal we attended was also good. The people we met, both staff and residents were very friendly.

This was a nice tour for my mom's care .We like the staff and the clean community. The menu was appealing and we liked that the community was clean. They did not have the care that we wanted. Families should consider a tour of this community.

My family, and I am pleased with my grandmothers move to this community. She is doing well, and so far everything is working out well. We do feel she is safe, and in good hands. They have an incredible staff. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. When I visit her room, and the community look good. This is a community I would recommend to my friends, it is a nice facility.

I cannot imagine living any place else! Other residents are great, so many friendships to be made and things to do. Anyone considering senior living needs to know a visit to Somerby is a must.

Anybody ever had knee replacement, hip replacement, a tiny stroke, a little heart attack and need some therapy? At Somerby, it’s right down the hall. Anybody been the care of a doctor? One resident had her doctor here, knock on her front door for idle chit-chat and medical mumbo-jumbo. In effect, it was a doctor making a house call. How does this stack up with where you are now?
