We were residents at Park at John's Creek. I believe we were there for approximately two years. The office staff is very helpful. At the time we were there, we had many activities we could attend. Most of the community is Senior Citizens. There are a few younger families and the children were well behaved. We had one young lady who we'd tip to walk our dog. It was nice to be able to do that. Residents normally picked up after their pets. This was a pet friendly community. The maintenance assistants were very helpful (especially [name removed]). Most of the time there were only two maintenance workers but they did their best keeping up with demands. There is a new apartment building that was added after our departure. The rent was reasonable but did go up each year. To be fair, most apartments do increase every year. Signing a lease can help with monthly pricing. If you're able to sign a two year lease I would recommend to do so. Park at John's Creek has a nice smaller pool. My understanding is the pool is currently heated. The office and recreational area is nice and cozy. There are individual post office boxes with your own key in the back area. A beautician came in for patrons with appointments. Overall, we enjoyed living at Park at John's Creek. We recommend visiting [name removed](in the office) for your rental needs.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The community offers a lot of outings and activities for me and my loved one to participate in. Me and my loved one are adjusting very well. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

My mother in law is doing better here at these senior apartments. Everything has worked well, we are pleased. The staff here have been kind and friendly. They do a good job with keeping the community well maintained. When we visit the grounds and the facility are nice and clean. A place for mom was great with all the help they provided. These are nice senior apartments, and I would recommend it.

We had a very good experience working with the Park at Johns Creek facility. I can not think of anything that they could improve on. All of the care givers that were working there were friendly and helpful.

I think Park at Johns Creek is a nice place, our experience with them so far has been a good one. The staff is very friendly and professional, and they've been able to handle all of the care needs that we were concerned about. I would recommend them to families looking into care in the area.

Lived there for two years and loved it. Grounds always kept clean and manicured. I felt completely safe day and night. Wonderful staff (Lisa, Selena, Earl, and Rene) always attended to your needs. Residents, pot luck, Friday night games were wonderful. If ever I move back to Georgia, Park at Johns Creek will again be my home. Thanks and miss you all.

We've had a very good experience with Park at Johns Creek! It is a nice looking, clean facility, and everyone has been very friendly! The staff are caring and professional, and they do a great job looking after the people who live here.

Looking for a place for Mom where she could be independent and able to care for herself. Alta, now Park at John's Creek, fit the bill perfectly. So far mom is happy and that makes us happy.

Tour guide Deidra Stewart was excellent, charming, courteous,helpful, and well informed. The huge community center was clean, well designed, bright, and very well utilized (there were residents playing bridge. watching the big flat screen TV, using the exercise equipment, swimming in the pool, using the library, using the computers, & taking exercise class). The units are spacious, handicap accessible, with wide doorways, ample closet space, and walk-in showers. Bonus is washer/dryer, pantry, linen closet, ceiling fans, full kitchen, lots of counter & cabinet space, and built-in desk. Other attributes are garages, extra storage areas, gas grill & fireplace on the common area patio, community gardening, lots of open space for walking or biking, readily accessible shopping & banking, transportation (Dial-A-Ride) $2 each way within Forsythe and Suwanee, Overall, I was very impressed.

I love this place and hope to live here one day.

Love at first sight. All questions on the check list were addressed without me asking. Excluding personal Care because this complex is independant living. An added note for move out, the Director advised of 30 day period after move in to receive refund of security deposit if not happy. I like to size of each room and the bath room garden tub. The apartment has every thing I am looking for. He gave me a call after my visit to offer assistance, which I liked very much.

We liked Park well enough to sign a lease. They are easy to work with, and respond to requests for information. In our case we started our lease a month or so before moving in so that we got the floor plan we wanted.

hey are an apt complex that caters to seniors which is very different than most places. Sure, I would recommend The Grand to other families as long as it is understood what it is and what it isn't (apt complex rather than a senior living facility)

My move in date [date removed].This apartment is just what I need. The carpet was a surprise but I have adjusted…It is great.The Grand Parkway offers a variety of activities. I do like the trips to Walmart, HEB and Kroger.I do enjoy that I don’t have to go out of the building to retrieve mail. Amazon delivery at your door. The Grand Parkway is a good place to live.

I am currently a resident at The Grand Parkway. The community of residents is fairly friendly. They are more welcoming than staff. It is quiet for the most part, which is nice. The elevator has broken a few times, I feel sorry for those in wheelchairs and with walkers.

Park at Johns Creek is the perfect place for Seniors that still like to come and go and still do things on their on. They have many activities both individual and as a group. They provide a bus that will pick you up and drop you off and if needed, they come back and get you. They take you to doctors appointments if needed and many other services. It's a very nice place to live. Thank You A Place for Mom for connecting me with them.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. All of the staff where very friendly and had a lot of great information to provide my mother and I during our tour. The apartments where clean and had nice amenities in the rooms. It was just not the right location for my mother.
