Azura Living

We are confident in the level of care and compassionate treatment my father is reviewing and know he is in the best place at this time in his life. Communication of concerns has been good. Unfortunately due to current virus limitations we have not been able to tour this facility but appreciate the deck and window visits allowed.

Wife has only been a patient for a little over 3 weeks. No judgment at this time.

The facility is great. The pharmacy that is supposed to work with Azura is horrible. When they make errors and mistakes on medication, Omnicare will not correct the error! They overcharge the seniors, don't correct the mistakes. Omnicare says they will make the corrections on the medications then don't and go through and correct the errors.

My sister [name removed] has been at Monroe for over a year. Staff have been great with her. She is in hospice now. Has been a hard time for family due to the virus and not being able to visit. We understand completely the situation. Now in hospice have visited her a few times.

They take excellent care of my mom. Really go the extra mile to make her feel at home. Food is good. She is always clean and her medical needs are communicated and taken care of quickly.

The care that patients receive at Azura is outstanding! The staff is well trained, and communicated effectively and with caring attitudes with family members about their loved ones. The facility is well maintained and located in a peaceful environment. Also, the facility is not so large that patients and staff get to know each other on a more personal level.

This may be the best place for anyone with memory problems, but for my wife [name removed] it has been a lifesaver. They take great care to make sure she is cared for and happy. I believe the people have helped my wife live longer because of their care. I love all personnel at Azura Stoughton.

My mother's currently living at Azura Stoughton. Me and my two sisters are very pleased with the management and her care. She can be a challenging resident and they (staff and mgmt) handle her with love, resident, and setting limits with her. We are very happy with her care and needs. She has a nice family at Azura, especially during these times.

Great TLC and understanding of dementia. Very attentive to their care and needs. Homelike atmosphere, very inviting. Home-cooked meals and fun activities.

Excellent care for my mother.

So satisfied with the care dad is receiving. He's been there for over a year and is age 92. He is very contented there and doesn't want for anything other than a cookie once in a while. All the staff have been professional and kind in every way. So glad to have found Azura for dad's care. Thank you for this excellence in quality.

Could not physically tour the facility but staff has been extremely helpful and responsive to any and all requests.

From my first contact, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They have updated me consistently and have been available to answer questions and provide advice.

[name removed]'s care is excellent and so personal. The home's setting is family orientated, like a large family. The workers are caring and patient, which creates a loving atmosphere. We are so grateful in every way. [name removed] has greatly improved with a structured environment, healthy meals, and personal care. We thank God for the love and care she receives. So miss the visits but know she is in good hands - thank you and God bless you all.

The small size group here gives the care team the choice to give close, comforting personal care to the residents so that they f feel that of a group, their family and their needs are tended to on a timely manner.

From the very first day I visited Azura here in Manitowoc, it seemed like a home rather than a facility. Being together and having staff available and visible keeps everyone cared for and happy. After three years observing this, I am pleased to know that this has remained consistent regardless of changed in director, staff, and or residents. This facility has been a true gift to me and my loved one!

My dad has been in Azura Oconomowoc for 4 years. I have always been impressed with the care he is given and the gentle way they relate to him. As I live in Virginia I don't see him daily but I do call him every day. The receptionist, [name removed] and Activities Director, [name removed] have always been helpful with any of my questions.
