Assured Assisted Living

Was comfortable with choice. Took awhile for my wife to adapt but now she's adapting well. She's well taken care of and is happy with the food. The caretakers are very caring to her and are helpful to me.

Our loved one had a shorter experience then what was expected we were really looking forward to our loved one being there for awhile. However even with it being a short stay the staff members were really good people, they were very diligent with their work and were very caring. We do believe they had our loved ones best interest in mind and we were very comfortable with him. It seemed like the staff members tailored the care to the resident's specific needs and wants. Even the chef would make our loved one whatever he wanted. We have no complaints whatsoever with this community .

I would make sure to ask a lot of questions and make sure you know what the community can and can't provide and get things in writing. The facility and staff are great and they did a good job taking care of my loved one.

This was the only community we toured and it fits all of our needs. Mom seems to be happy here. She is around other people and is slowly making friends and doing some activities. She likes the food no complaints. The staff is very nice and caring here very attentive to the residents. The location can't be any better very close to us. Overall I am pleased with this community and our choice.

We are pleased with all this community has done for us. My mother in law is doing well, and we are satisfied. She is being cared for well at this community. She has even started to improve. This is a nice place.

Well, the ladies at the house took very good care of mom. The company was not easy to deal with. They would not work with me in upgrading mom to a better living situation. Due to her physical condition improving she did not belong in memory care They did not respond. They will not contact me to let me know if I am due back any money. The staff took very good care of mom .The food was terrible and always cold. The company was very unresponsive to any request and has refused to respond when I requested if I was do any money back as she left before the month was out that was fully paid for with notice

She only stayed there 1 month. It was not a good fit. It was dementia care and she did not have dementia so she couldn't talk to anyone because they were all out of it. The workers were all Filipino and she is hard of hearing and couldn't understand them. She had a very bad experience from one worker who she only saw once but said that she "pulled her out of bed by her legs and threw her in the wheelchair". She has very sensitive/painful legs. She was very upset by this incident and the day I found out I began the process of moving her out. She is now in skilled nursing which is more appropriate. She was not able to walk or bear much weight. They never transferred her properly with a gait belt or hoyer lift they just had her clasp her hands around their neck to transfer which is just an accident waiting to happen. She waited several hours every morning to be cared for. When I mentioned to the staff that she needs to be changed overnight due to incontinence the next 2 nights they woke her up every 15 min. The food was mostly processed, very little fresh food. That was our experience.

Omg if I only new 5 black eyes concussion she fell out of bed 5 times every morning when I visited she was wet she cried so much let me come home plus they charged me 12000 for 30 days really
