Gracefully Found Care Home is absolutely the very best Care Home that I have ever seen. The Administrator / Owners have a very caring philosophy and they provide a nurturing environment in the manner in which the facility is run and also in the personal care needed by the residents. The CNA's are wonderful in their daily routine. The owners have a very caring attitude and they exceed routine expectations by providing every resident in a special attentive manner to maximize the resident's experience in a positive way. If the resident has any issues that require special attention, the owners listen and take a methodical approach in solving the issue. The facility is extremely clean, very attractive, and conforms with every possible measure of safety for your loved one. I happened to find this facility and did the research along with other family members. The residents have a call device that summons the CNA and their response is very fast. I highly recommend this facility!

I can’t believe how lucky we were to find this place for our mother’s final days. Our mother had terminal cancer and we were no longer able to care for her at home. We first tried a large facility, but were not happy with the care she received there. Gracefully Found Care Home is much more than a Personal Care Home, the owners and staff became our family. Our mother was only there a few months before she passed and during that time she received the best care and felt comfortable. It set our minds and hearts at ease knowing she was there. They supported her and us until the very end. They worked seamlessly with the hospice who was managing her care and communicated with us daily. Additionally, the home is very clean and cozy. The owners have done an excellent job as well as all of the staff. Your family member will be in good hands here.

I loved them. I would take my loved one there again if I had the opportunity. They were willing to do anything and everything. My loved one had difficulty eating, and they made sure he had the types of food he was able to eat. They really went above and beyond, from the administrative staff to the house staff, to the house manager. They were all wonderful. I know they did home cooking, and it always smelled good and looked fabulous. I didn't have the opportunity to try it though. They were always doing some type of activity with my loved one. I appreciated the value we got here with a smaller, private community, vs the larger communities we looked at.

We chose Light Heart Memory Care because my mom needed more care and they were able to provide that. It is also very close to my home and convenient. They do have a variety of room sizes to choose from, my mom was in a room that used to be a den and she shared it with a roommate and they had plenty of space. The best part about this community was the staff members got her up everyday and all the residents were always together interacting. They took great care of my mother here and we had a great experience.

Lovely home setting. Liked the comfortable feel of it. Like the ratio of caregiver to patients. And it's awesome they get healthy meals prepared there.

Placed my dementia inflected mother in law in the facility several months ago and have a wonderful experience with their management and care. They provide better care than we were able to provide and with the small number of occupants, the staff is able to handle the occupants with greater attention to their needs. They are wonderful with accommodating her special needs without any add on additional costs. My father in law is able to go and feed her personally and is able to eat with them without any costs. There are no restrictive visiting hours, so we can visit 24 hours a day if needed.

We chose My Home for my 92 year old father. Every day we are more and more convinced we made a wise decision. The family atmosphere and the dedication of the staff has resulted in an enriched life for my Dad. The owner and staff genuinely care about the the people who reside there and do whatever they can to provide for the care and special needs required. Having a RN as the owner has helped considerably in making the right decisions for my father's care. I feel secure in knowing that my father is in good hands at My Home.

They are great. The community is kept clean, and the staff is friendly. They are attentive to the residents, and I don't really have any complaints.

Very kind and compassionate care. The staff seems passionate about the work. They interact positively with the residents. They did a wonderful job. the value was excellent!

I would definitely recommend Light heart. We could tell that my dad was genuinely loved there. They were extremely accommodating to all of our requests, especially at the end. They let us stay with him around the clock for his final week and that was very important to us.

I would recommend them But we were there with mom @ 16 hours a day as well. Changed Hospice companies while she was there

Beautiful facility, new - open a year. Nicely decorated and clean. Staff very friendly. I read the one review prior to my visit, and saw the comment about the "trailers" in the neighborhood. This is a developing area of Pearland, there are now plenty of $500 k plus homes in the area as well. The neighborhood was nice, home on large tract of land. Residents were alert and visited with me while I was there. I also liked the fact that it was a smaller group home. Only negative was that there were no moderately priced private rooms available.

Visited both homes. The director was helpful and facilities were acceptable

I cancelled this tour. We decided that we prefer a more professional setting

Don't think this is what we are looking for. Would like more space for privacy. Did like the facility having locked doors for entrance and exit. The resident was able to go outside safely.

Offers repisite care, call a week ahead of time, do not take medicare or medicade

very mixed neighborhood. very junky and trailers and some houses not in good shape in close area.
