Staff members are patient and friendly with my mom. She is not left alone (trapped) in bed for long during the day when she is awake. She eats meals with her peers in a dining room. Mom seems happy. I highly...

I needed a facility very quickly and they were great at getting my Stepdad in. The other thing I really liked is that they accept Medicaid. It’s a really nice community and the staff takes great care of him....

Casa Bella is a newer, more modern facility. It is larger and has more residents and when we came to tour it was kind of loud and chaotic. The atmosphere has more of a nursing home type feel to it rather than the homey feel we were looking for. I felt that my loved one would have had a harder time transitioning since she is quiet and likes her privacy. The tour itself felt kind of rushed and we felt some sales pressure, they kept telling us they only had 1 room left that could go at anytime, so to make a decision quickly.

I was not comfortable with this community at all. It was not the right fit for my loved ones needs. They did not even know that I was coming and the tour guide was not there to do the tour.

This is a horrible place to place your loved one. The staff does not care about the residents as they ar always ontheir phone. [name removed] and [name removed] need to be fired from their position as I feel that they should should hire a new person. This person should have the creditionals for the job.
