My grandfather is currently staying at Alalik home care. The staff is great and very caring. It was his birthday recently and they prepared a delicious dinner to celebrate & dine with all of the residents. My grandfather is really happy here and is truly enjoying his stay. He raves about the home cooked meals and caring staff. I’d add that the facility is also super clean and comfortable. I’m so happy we found this home care for my grandpa… we are at ease that he is in such good hands and in a great facility.

There is a place called Alalik Care that was very nice. I was very impressed with this facility. Their activities sounded good. They had a lovely outdoor area where the people could go out and sit outside and take their meals out. They didn't lock them down somewhere. The guy that showed us around was accommodating and very friendly. He had a lot of information to give.

The best facility in the valley, hands-down! As a nurse, I travel to different assisted care facilities and memory care facilities to see my patients, and the Alalik Care Home has the best caring staff and management I've seen. I wouldn't hesitate to put my family member at Countryside if that were necessary.

This place is beautiful. Very clean, nice private rooms with private bathroom. Great home cooked meals. They have everything your loved one needs to have great quality of life. You need to check this place out, you will not be disappointed. The caregivers where very professional. Alalik Care home is voted one of the top best care homes in Granada Hills.

This was one of many locations we toured. We toured this facility for our mother who has Cerebral Palsy and is Deaf. We were super impressed with the facility and the staff. The location is absolutely stunning and all the residents seemed very happy!

My grandmother's stayed at the Alalik Care for six months before her passing at 93 years of age. During that time, I no longer worried about her getting proper care. The staff did an excellent job of ensuring she had all she needed. I will be forever grateful to the team at Alalik Care for their loving care of my grandmother. The cost to have my mother at Alaik Care was considerably less than the prior facility she was housed at. Alalik Care provided a much higher quality of care, and I happily paid their fee! Thank you, staff, and management at Alaik Care!

I cannot say enough positive things about Alalik Care Home. We searched high and low for an assisted living home for my aunt. Most places we visited were decorated in the 80s, dusty and dark, smelled of cheese, and had felt depressing. It's super clean, freshly painted, modern with a traditional touch - bright and clean, with plenty of light and comfortable furniture. The most important factor I'd like to stress is that every staff person I meet here is genuinely pleasant and supportive of the residents.

This community would have been okay but it was not the first top pick for my loved one. I was not unimpressed but we just wanted a different environment for my loved one where he could get more care and be closer for what we needed. Another community just stood out more for us. The tour was great and I was able to see everything that I needed.

My family is very pleased with the staff at Alalik Care Home . My father moved in in Jan, and they have been so helpful in getting him adjusted and helping us to help him better. There is great communication, and the community of people who live there are so lovely and supportive as well. We feel very grateful to have found Alalik Care Home.

Alalik Care provides genuine, kind and worry free care and support for your loved ones. I can not stress enough how important the caregivers are to your loved ones excellent care and well being. We learned the hard way and then discovered Alalik Care. This is a community that cares and communicates and operates with the best interest of their residents as a priority. My grandmother has lived at Alalik Care for 2 1/2 years and we've all become an integral part of her care and support together. The same loving team of care givers are still part of her care and that says a lot in an industry that traditionally has a high number of job turn and vacancies. It's because they are treated with the same care and respect that they provide to the residents. This is a wonderful community and team to work with.. Highly recommend Alalik Care Home to take care of your loved ones.. [name removed] and his capable staff have been taking care of friends of mine for over two years and since I act as the primary contact between Alalik Care and my friends I have first hand knowledge of their care. Alalik Care has always kept me updated on a regular basis regarding their care and immediately notifies me if anything out of the ordinary should come up. I have total confidence they are always in good hands

The location was good, easy to find. The place is new and clean with spacious areas. The people here are warm and approachative. Welcoming to everybody.

I like all of the residents. I like the place, it is a very comfortable and quiet place. The staff is very welcoming.

I live in this facility. It is super clean and I really love the caregivers. Home-made food all the time. I really love this place!

Alalik care is probably one of the best facilities I have visited so far. My grandma has been to a few that were not so fitting and friendly as this one is for her as she has a hard time walking and feeding her self. I visit her often, the privacy they have, and the care and compassion they show towards my grandma is indescribably heart warming. It is really nice inside and outside, safe, private, and the residents have accessibility to all their needs from the staffing, and the administrators. If you are looking for a caring center for a elder family member that has a hard time caring for them selves, definitely look no further and check this care home out and give it a chance. I was sceptical due to the lack of reviews but its definitely has proven me wrong.

After my father passed, I was worried about my mom spending so much time alone in her home. So, I decided to give Alalik Care Home a try after hearing such great reviews. It was the best decision I have made. She has made so many new friends. Alalik Care Home provides professional care for all their residents. My mother has had a hard time with a couple of basic daily activities. They have been very great with helping her!

I toured this facility with my family, and it was awesome. If I compare Alalik Care to the other facilities we toured, this one is very, very clean; The administrator was helpful and knowledgeable. The only bad thing(which is not bad) is they are full now, and we needed to be on the waiting list. That's why I am giving it 4 Stars. Other than that can't wait for our turn to place my mom. We have already signed the contract.

we toured this community and upon first impression it was fair. there was a language barrier, as the care taker(s) were not Spanish speaking, and that was a big deal for our family.

My Relative was uncomfortable living there. I helped my Relative move out. There was also a Language Barrier. My opinion was the staff should be friendlier. Its Clean and food is plain and okay. But it would help, if the people there were friendlier. Maybe better wheelchair handicap accessibility.
