So far everyone that lived there seemed to be quite happy. They were very congenial and always waving to people. The people that work there are very friendly. They are eager to help. That's what I noticed so far. We haven't had any issues. The facility seems to be very clean. The atmosphere is great. The care services are excellent. Everything has been going very good at A Paradise for Parents. Nice place.

He was only in there for a week, so my experience is somewhat limited, but during that time they were very friendly and nice. The place was very clean and well kept, and they do pay close attention to the residents, giving them good one on one care and attention. Based on my experience I would recommend Royal Paradise.

My wife and I were forced to leave. I believe the reason in that none of the staff is formally trained and can only be babysitters for people with dementia. People without dementia realize they are not receiving the needed care. I was forced to go home and take care of myself. My wife moved to a different facility and is receiving excellent care at much cheaper rates there. I would not recommend any of [name removed] homes for people without extreme dementia. They are good babysitters for people with dementia. They do showers, change diapers, feed, etc. Do not recommend if you want your relative to "get better". They are not formally trained for that. We feel so sorry for people that fall for "[name removed] family" story.
