I feel my mom is taken care of and safe. Although having more activities would be a good distraction. Also don't like the TV system they have. My mom has memory issues and she can't work her TV.
Getting the place through you was great. It was easy to set up a tour The place is ok. Clean but a little run down. Asking them to do something is a challenge. The reception/phone staff needs improvement....
