The activity director goes way above and beyond her duties. She loves and involves each memory care resident like it is her own mother and dad. That also extends to the caring staff on memory care as well They are very compassionate and caring to the residents! Are they perfect, no, but no place is. It is also very clean and cheery!

Would definitely recommend! Incredibly caring and competent staff, a homey and newly-renovated built environment, and excellent communication regarding my father's care.

I am currently providing singing entertainment for the residents there at Magnolias of Chambersburg and have done so since 2015.[Name Removed] has been instrumental over the course of those years to send invitations to me to come and sing. In the recent year of 2025/26 she and her assistant [Name removed] have been incredibly kind and helpful when we come to be hospitable to our needs as entertainers. The environment and the facility itself is amazing and welcoming and it appears the residents are pleased and well accommodated with their living needs. I would certainly recommend the Magnolias of Chambersburg a loved one or anyone for that matter! Thank you again , for the opportunity to be part of the Magnolias Experience through what I do. Overall, I would rank The Residence at Presque Isle Bay a 5/5. The inside and outside grounds are beautiful, and are decorated nicely for each holiday. It is kept very clean. The dining room is presented like a classy restaurant rather than a senior living center dining area. The food is tasty, and Mom appreciates having two choices for each meal, and the ability to have an alternative if she does not care for either of the two main options. The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. If Mom needs something and presses her watch, the response time is usually under five minutes. If any of us chikdren have a question and reach out to staff, they are quick to respond. The activity schedule has great variety, something for everyone. Mom's room is adequate in size, and she has everything she needs. I am happy we chose The Residence at Presque Isle for Mom.

Activities are amazing. Nurses, same ones all the time. We have a great Raport with them. We love [name removed] the director. My mom loves the food. Its cozy there and you ask them to do things a certain way (moms skin care), they listen and report it to everybody. Only down side is smaller room and bathroom for slightly more money. Its worth the trade for us. The residents are all happier. They Never complain.

I find the staff to be accommodating and compassionate. Mom would say the room could be larger, the food could be better, and activities could be better. But she would say that about ANY facility. I think that under the circumstances of needing to please everyone, that they do a pretty good job.

My mother has extreme dementia to the point where being at home with my dad became no longer feasible. If you are reading this you probably know what I’m talking about. The people at Chestnut Ridge Wallingford take fantastic care of Mom, treat her with dignity and are more attentive than I would have ever imagined. The bottom line is these people truly care about their patients and their families.

The management and staff are very professional and interact well with all the residents. Facility is always very clean. Apartments - independent care provide a number of size options. Apartments are cleaned once a week for the residents and once a month when furniture is pulled out for a deeper clean. Dining - there are two dining rooms. One for independent care only and one for the three types of cares combined. For breakfast and lunch there is a bistro on the first floor. Food is very good. Before coming to the facility, they provide a questionnaire so that the chef knows the type of foods the resident likes. Activities - there are numerous activities during the month. Summer social gatherings, church or religious services, crafts, movies in their theater. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They are always there for the residents. Besides the staff, there are a group of residents that welcome new people to Fitz Farm. My sister is now a resident at Fitz. She is very happy. Our family was very pleased with the initial tour of The Residence at Fitz Farms, the application process and finally finding Fitz Farms to be the perfect place for our family member.

This facility is very welcoming, friendly, clean, and respectful I have a resident there and they make sure they cater to her needs they also make sure that every resident is involved in activities and just so joyful no matter what time of the day it is

I like living here, it's clean, and the apartments are large. I have been living here for 3 years and this is my final place that I call home. I like how quiet it is, nice environment. The residents are nice too.

This is really a nice place and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The nurses are good at keeping us updated with any changes or concerns of our love one. The place has always been clean from I have observed. My love one likes it there and loves the food and desserts. I would recommend this place to others.

Everyone at The Residence is kind and friendly. I always feel my sister is being very well taken care of.

Very helpful caring and competent. Juniper village called me a couple of weeks ago and said they had an opening. I believe they are very good. My response was that the place where she is is very good and at this point I would not move her. They are truly excellent

I visited a friend last week. The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly. Caregivers are ok. The main boss has a wonderful, caring spirit and extremely knowledgeable. My family member is happy here.

My mom really likes the community. They were very nice and welcoming. She said the food is really good and the staff is very helpful. The room is a good size for her and the facility is kept clean.

5's across the board. We really don't think we could find a better place for mom. We've never been displeased or even just disappointed or mildly uncomfortable with the treatment/care she's receiving. My mom-in-law's journey through dementia has been a terrible experience for everyone involved. She's irritable, moody, often violent and destructive, and yet she is always spoken to and about with such dignity at New Haven. Their patience and kindness is unmatched.

I love everything about Chestnut Ridge Wallingford! I have been here almost 6 years would highly recommend! I have made friends including staff and residents. The community is nice and clean and we are a family here.

[name removed] at Chestnut Ridge Wallingford was extremely welcoming and helpful once we decided our family member would be transferred to that senior care center. The nursing staff at CRW has been very helpful and patient once the transfer took place. Our family member is now adjusting nicely and making progress in PT!

Overall experience has been great and would rate every aspect as great. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
