Brookdale

There's not a big turnover of staff. The facility seems very clean and my dad's room is always clean. For my dad's budget, everything works fine for him. A small one bedroom and bathroom. They have activities all day long. Great food prepared by a chef.

For 2-1/2 years my father has received great care including great food, great nursing staff to administer meds, beauty salon, cleaning services, chef, and a doctor to make frequent check-ups. A great staff and administration makes Brookdale 5 stars.

I have not had any of the food and I am unsure of the activities, but what I like the most about Brookdale Echelon Lake is that it is clean and my parents are adjusting nicely. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

Brookdale North in exceptional. Friendly. Knowledgeable and just plain outstanding. [name removed] were terrific easy to went with. Professional and patient.

Brookdale NS is among the few that supports spiritual needs as well as diligent efforts toward physical welfare. A perfect choice for safe and reliable care.

All of the time I've been here has been top of the line in cleanliness, service, individual needs always met, caring service. Care givers always give their best, starting with a smile and greeting by name. Executive staff joins with care givers in service to residents demonstrating unity of service ..but most of all CARE. The entire residence is kept clean daily and appropriately decorated !!! Snacks are kept available! Three meals a day are served beginning with a full nutitious breakfast!! Dining room is set with white table linens and food is served to residents seated at table. I have enjoyed every day I have been here and will be for the rest of my life!!!

Overall experience - 5 the staff has been fantastic at helping our family navigate a very difficult time of loss and adjustment. Cleanliness- 5 the facility is always clean. Friendliness of staff - 5 the staff is always friendly and helpful Meals/Dining - 5my grandfather has had no complaints about the food. Quality of care - 5 the staff have always put my grandfathers care first and making sure that he gets what he needs and/or reaching out to the doctor if things are needed. Activities - 4 due to the fact my grandfather has not participated in a lot of activities, not sure if this is only due to choice or no interest in the offered activities. Value for cost - 4 the care is expensive but the quality is very good. The value is definitely there in the cost.

My mother has been at Brookdale Wayne for 8 years. Both mom and the family are pleased with the care and attention she has received and continues to receive. I visited at least 10 facilities including Brookdale and remain happy we settled on Brookdale Wayne. Thank you for all you and the staff do.

I would give a 5 to all of these categories. They were able to provide some furniture he didn't have. They were able to add additional care as his health worsened. They tried to provide fun events. Yes, I would recommend them to others

We give Brookdale Utica Memory Care a 5+. I thought the place was great. I would recommend it to anyone. They took care of both Art and I till the end. Very caring

Staff was great. Everyone was friendly. I came to happy hour line dancing.

The facility is intelligently laid out and thoughtfully rated. Care for residents is evident in every nook and cranny. I am honored that I am permitted to be a part in my small way.

We had excellent care. I'll give all of your categories a rating of 5. The combination of Brookdale staff and Physician's Choice hospice provided superb end of life care. In addition, I was able to live with my wife at Brookdale for a nominal additional cost. They also included me in the care to help me through this difficult situation.

I was able to visit this community while visiting my best friends grandfather. I was so impressed to see the amount of residents out in the common areas and the smiles on their faces. You can tell a lot about a place by just walking through the door (No smell is a BIG deal!). Everyone we walked by smiled and spoke to us. I'm not sure what this place is doing different but I hope they never stop. My best friend's grandfather loves living there and is constantly telling her about the fun things they do there and the places they are going to be going.

I am so happy. I moved here. I have made lots of friends. I love all of the activities offered. The party dinners are my favorite! I wish I would have moved here sooner.

Since my son had moved to Colorado and I have other family here I decided to move to Brookdale Skyline and so far I love it. It has so much more to offer and it is beautiful. I have only been here about 2 and a half months but like in spite of the size!!!

If you are looking for a superb place for your loved one - look no further! Brookdale Cape May is the best assisted living for your loved one. The staff is friendly, caring, and thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is delicious and the dining experience is similar to eating in a restaurant. I can rest easy knowing my loved one is being cared for properly at such a top notch facility. There are daily activities and we have the ability to pick our loved one up for outings. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, pick Brookdale Cape May!

While the care mom receives is great, I feel the cost is way too expensive. There are some thing that need to be changed at the corporate level. ie the extra $[removed]a month if a Medicade recipient wants to stay in their own room without a roommate.

I loved the fact that is a single story building and very easy for dementia patients to navigate. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL at the Brookdale Fort Myers Cypress Lake.

From when you walk in the door, greeted with smiles to the time you leave, everyone is so pleasant and smiling. I’m coming to work with this group of wonderful people when I retire! I’m so glad I found it for my dad! I retire form the post office in 2 1/2 years. So make sure you look for my application!
